Chris showed up a little bit early, talked me through the details of my kit installation (needed some adjusting due to the awkward location of my tub), and got right to work. He had a true eye for detail and was incredibly thorough - even cleaned up afterward. Before, my bathroom and tub looked horrible - and now, it's gorgeous! The round trip for me is 1 1/2 hours. I was sent an email where to go, 6401 S Country Club Drive Suite 105. I arrived early only to find that it was closed. I called another fingerprinting place and they said that office has been closed for some time. So Fast FIingerprints took my debit card for $94 for services I needed then sent me to a location that has been closed for who knows how long...and wasted 2 hours total of my time and a good amount of gas. Do you even know what offices you have nationwide?????? I have a video of me going to the door and it being locked. I even talked to a person at your Ohio office today and this still occurred. I alerted my bank to not allow the charge to go through and am going to let Board in my state that suggested Fast FIngerprints and let them know this is how they run their business. It's my first and only experience with you guys and it's been a horrible one. All that time driving, on the on the phone with the bank to accomplish NOTHING.

The office is located in a building that is easy to find, and there is plenty of parking in their lot. The office layout was a little confusing, but I did find the reception area and did not wait long to meet with Mr Beltrán who took me to a private room with a large screen view of his computer. He was very thorough in his work, and went over every document in detail with me, explaining everything we were doing along the way. He answered all of my questions in detail and with competency. On completion, we reviewed my return and all of the documentation again to ensure there were no errors or omissions, and that I fully understood my form. Everything about my experience was very professional and customer-focused. I expected to pay a lot for this service, but was very surprised at how affordable this was in the end. Comparing this to other big name tax preparation services, I felt the price was very reasonable and the service and competency was much better than you would expect from big name companies. When I finally got the check they changed my rate of pay to $11.00!! It is against the law in Ohio to change wages for work already completed and they are fully aware of this, but they don't care. They refuse to answer emails because they don't want a paper trail.

I had to contact them that Tuesday to express my displeasure at the quality of employee they sent. Later that afternoon I received a phone call from them asking us "how it was working out with the employee they sent us." I couldn't help but to ask if this was a joke call. This week we received a $900 bill for one week of work and they have ZERO intentions of reducing that bill. I would NOT recommend using their services for ANY employment.
