Three Rivers is a very nice and CLEAN gym. The employees are wonderful and always incredibly helpful. They have so many options for classes, machines, training, etc. It's easily the best gym in the Longview/Kelso area. We've gone to many of the different places around town (YMCA, Forever Fit, Physical Impact, Curves, Butterfly Life (now closed)) and this one tops them all. Their shake/smoothie bar has tons of options on the menu (and you can also create your own, I'm sure) and very reasonably priced.
