The first thing that struct me is that their main coaches, Brandon and his wife really take the time with the newbies. Their patients and diligence to make sure you are doing the correct posture and technique to limit injury is spot on. They have plenty of variation to make sure that what you are doing is safe and to your skill level. This is not a lipstick gym nor a muscle gym. Everyone is very supportive and while it might seem intimating at first it is very comforting and inviting. If you are looking for something different this is the place to go. If you are in a rut and need to shed those extra pounds this is the place. If you are looking for a diverse workout this gym will deliver. I have been many times and each and every workout has been totally different. Yes, I am sore when I am done, but each time I complete the WOD I feel great and ready for my next.

The class itself was pretty high energy I think everyone there was really happy to be there and really pumped. As always cycling classes are quite gender skewed so there are a lot of females but the occasional males too. The workout wasn't as hard as soulcycle or fly wheel but it was still good and I'm still sore right now! The lights are usually off and there are candles lighting up the front bike. anyways a class I took was 45 minutes and it ended at around 40-ish minutes with a nice stretch at the end. The instructor does a good job of explaining things as you go so you won't be too lost.

Once you join you get to track your calories and afterburner calories too. I like knowing how much I burned and you get free stuff the more calories you burn. Bailey helped sign me up and explained everything in great detail. She was really great and provided a very welcoming and supportive environment for me as a new member. She's always there to answer questions or explain anything if you need it. I wish the workout videos were not the same everyday. I really hope they can rotate the instructor videos so that there are multiple different ones through the day, just like Peloton. I love workout out here. There's also a full weight training area as well!

I walked in not see anyone at the front desk so I was really confused but if you just walk past the front door you'll get to the dance studio area. It's a little bit hard to find from the parking area but there are letters on the walls And you should look for the one under the E sign. Anyways the person who is at the real reception desk was really nice And there wasn't too much instructions when you gotten about what to do. The actual class that I took was strength training for 30 minutes and I would say that this is actually on the easier side for people who are used to intense workouts. It's mostly work on a yoga mat or standing up with smaller weights. The Iffg and there wasn't too much instructions when you got in about what to do. It's mostly work on a yoga mat or standing up with smaller Weights. The average age of people who come to this class is older and the gender is mostly female. Still the class was a really fun high energy class and the prices are usually reasonable for the class. Anyways probably wouldn't come back again because my preferred exercise is really high intensity but if you are someone who's looking for a more chill workout and a pretty energetic instructor and come here just to check it out. I first did a class back in February and joined with an unlimited membership in March (healthcare…read moreemployees we get a discount!) and it has been well worth it! The studio is very inclusive and incredibly welcoming from the staff to the other students. As someone who is plus sized, has hyper-mobility, and felt intimidated by exercise (and honestly hated it before I discovered Barre as a whole), this has been an amazing workout with a variety of classes (love the cardio, mindful flow, and signature classes the most!) that are fun, keep my interest, and have a really good schedule that has worked well for me. The live streams they have are incredibly helpful for when I can't get into the studio, but still want to get a workout in at home. For those with kiddos, they offer some childcare for during classes Monday through Friday too. The studio space itself has two showers available, though I have not used them myself, and has always been very tidy and bright. Currently, I am 60 classes in and I have had classes with several instructors and they have all been amazing: Emily (cardio, strength, and signature) Lori (strength signature, and mindful flow}, Jennifer (signature), Ashley for (signature and mindful flow), and Suzie (strength and signature) are the instructors who I have had the most classes with, but I have had classes with Marcella (strength, mindful flow, and signature), Holly (strength and signature), Heather (signature), Genny (signature), Lynne (signature) and Alison (signature). The classes are fun, great workouts and modifications are always given which is beyond helpful. I feel like you can't go wrong with any of the instructors. Those running the front desk are also awesome, and incredibly friendly!

While all barre3 classes are phenomenal workouts, the team at the Camas studio makes the classes a notch above everyone else. The team also really makes the studio feel like a community. I don't feel like I'm just going to the gym, I feel like I'm going to work out with friends.
