I had already scheduled a follow up with my podiatrist the week after I had my consultation with Dr.Levenstein. Both doctors were diametricakky opposed in treatment and diagnosis. But I continued on with Dr. Levenstein. I am amazed.. each treatment gave me more range of motion and less pain. I'm out of my sneakers and wearing real shoes. The debilitating pain is almost a memory. PRP for my right foot... then we work on the left. I feel normal. Knees feel great.. no more limping. no more sneakers.. He really cares about his patients.. and wants them to do well. Very easy to talk to. and he explains things very well.

They took X-rays and found nothing so I was sent for an MRI which I had done On March 11, 2026. No one in the office was able to confirm whether or not an authorization was needed so my wife and I spent two days coordinating phone calls between the office, insurance company and Wantagh MRI to finally get this straightened out. This begins a world of frustration with this practice. I retuned for my follow up visit March 12, 2026, only to find that that was no concrete issue as to why I am experiencing the pain in my wrist so Dr. Lippe suggested a follow-up visit with the hand specialist and suggested that he call in an Rx for an anti-inflammatory to help me get some immediate relief. When I followed up with my CVS pharmacy Thursday afternoon I was told there was no Rx called in. After several phone calls with the office and being told that they would get back to, it is now Friday, March 13, at 1 PM and still no Rx or relief as I sit here in pain. My wife just called again and was told - "Yes we see the message and will get back to you" now 24 hours later. This was my first time at this practice and I would never return again not for a hand specialist or any doctor for that matter. I have been to many Doctors in my time and never experience such non- compassion or complete incompetence. I will make sure this is posted on every media channel can post it on as I sit here in pain with no relief after spend a week dealing with this incompetent practice. I returned to have my right knee x rayed to determine a solution to my discomfort. This review only references Dr. Robert Lippe, an orthopedic surgery specialist, who examined my injury. From what I read prior to my visit, Dr. Lippe specializes in hip and knee replacements, trauma, and osteoporosis care. Dr. Lippe was knowledgeable, thorough, and quite pleasant. I felt confident that he would provide me with the right choice medical attention for my knee.

Do not trust this Doctor. I had foot pain and without any MRI or x-ray he diagnosed me with a…read morenueroma and proceeded to give me Alcohol injections. After 3 injections nothing happened and he said 8 is the magic number. After 4 injections I asked if the dosage will increase? His answer was no and then stated that I can have PRP injections not covered by insurance since the Alcohol injections were not working. At this juncture I got another opinion. My new Podiatrist simply said Dr Levenstien is a known money grab and he gets many of Dr L's former patients like me. This was unbelievable. New podiatrist did a digital X-ray which showed I had a small stress fracture. Dr Levenstien was a horrible and costly experience. Do not go to him.

The manager Liz came in to assess the situation and was so rude the way she was literally yelling at the technologist using vulger language. She proceeded to be nice to me, but still while the door was left open was saying to the technologist that I was deaf don't worry I won't hear anything anyway. I've never in my life been to a place ran like this. My results were also inconclusive because the scan wasn't dont properly. I won't be back .
