However, I never expected the price. It was over $1100.00. I was charged $650.00 just for the front door schlage lock, which can be purchased at Home Depot for less than $200. No instruction manual or receipt was left, my old keypad lock, which was still good was taken. I had to call numerous times for a receipt. No plate was put on the woodwork to cover the hole from the old lock.

We followed their recommendation on equipment and were even billed for additional work when the system they told us would originally work, didn't - and then even with the additional work and additional equipment the system still doesn't work. It shouldn't be difficult to get 6 cameras to work - but we have never had more then 1/2 the system working at any point in time. The most recent event in this nightmare was a security incident we had this morning. We had construction equipment stolen right from our driveway, and of course the cameras were not operating and didn't record anything! Only after calling them every week will they come out and try to fix. Tired of calling them, sending them videos of non working system, and hearing how they are busy on bigger jobs - wish they would just do the right thing and take back their equipment and refund our money.
