I wouldn't recommend at all, they really screwed me over, I came in for a battery and the buttons to be replaced since they was missing, the original key worked fine the battery was dying but the key was good, they charged me $89 only to.find out that was a brand new key that wasn't programmed to my camry, they didn't try to help us tried to say we messed up the chip, but how when that wasn't my original key, so I spent $104 to get the car towed then found out it was the key like we thought, thanks to the company who found the issue & Koons locksmith for assisting with the key $500 later but my car is back on the road, I will never come back here or recommend anyone to deal with them, they created the issue and didn't try to help fix it at all read more

I just moved into another home and had a couple door locks with no keys. I brought them over to this shop 15-20 minutes before closing time and they stuck around and worked on my locks way after closing. Knowledgeable, super personable and I felt they were fair priced. Brought in 2 CAM locks, needed 4 keys made, as we had none. Left the locks with them for 2 weeks, since we were going away. Came back, called, told the keys were ready. I got there, and he started working on the keys. I stood there for about 30 minutes while he stopped working to speak to another customer that entered thru the back door. The 2nd employee did not speak Spanish, so the guy working on mine spoke. As he was speaking to the other customer, a key obviously got stuck in the lock, since he picked up pliers, tried pulling the key out, then started wacking the crap out of the key and lock. Finally got it out, finished making the keys, and $45+ later, I was out the door. BUT, when I gave the locks and keys to my husband to reinstall, the lock fell apart. He called, and was asked what we did to the lock. I could hear the conversation, and said, very loudly, "you wacked the shit out of it, I stood and watched you". Dead silence on the other end. We were told to bring the lock back to be fixed, we have been told 3x that they will call. 5 days ago we were told the new lock was in, and they would call to pick it up....still waiting... read more

The other day my key fell off my key ring and I had no way to get into the house. My options were break a window or call a locksmith. The fact that it was the weekend, and late at night, I knew that they were really going to take advantage of the situation. So in order to minimize the damage I used Yelp's request a quote feature. I sent out RFP's to 5 different companies. By the 7am in the morning I had 4 quotes to "re-key" my lock and make 2 spares. Complete Locksmith offered a completely reasonable price. He was there at 8am. After working on the lock for 15 minutes we were in. It took about 30 minutes for him to change the lock and make two new keys. I'm very happy happy with the service and would recommend them to anyone! read more

This company was very professional and reasonable. They came out when promised and fast, making a new key after I was stranded at the beach. BEWARE OF SCAMMERS !!! Calling around, I experienced a middle eastern international locksmith scam. Multiple business go to a central call center that subcontracts out to local unqualified members. Their main goal is to get the most $ they can from helpless victims. They have middle eastern accents, quote you a low "starting" price & arrival time then either dont show or charge way more. read more
