My wife and I have a Lexus RX 330 and the very expensive key broke and needed to be replaced. We were referred to Tyler from another very established local locksmith that does have the equipment to make the replacement keys for cars that have the builtin chips. Tyler was very friendly and special ordered the key for us without asking for a deposit, called us when it came in and then met us with his mobile shop to get the key cut and programed. Very professional and friendly, I would let him come to my house to do work if just my wife was home. I am pretty sure Tyler can cut any key with his amazing mobile setup. We had a family member pass away, had an appt with Tyler to come change the locks on the door, and install new locks on the patio door. Appt was for Monday, May 14th, 2018 at 9:00 am. He NEVER showed up nor called us back. I explained on the phone we were flying there to get this done and would only be there for three days cleaning out the house. I called him two or three times to see where he was and if coming. He still never showed or called. So all the GOOD reviews were a lie. So the other night I locked the Wife and I outside of the house like an idiot as we were preparing to go out that night. It was about 7 pm on a Friday night and I knew that around this time Lock Smiths start charging absurd amounts of money for "after hours" service. I called several places and the average price was $100 up to $130 from businesses ranging in Naples to Ft Myers. My final call was to Key Pro Lock and Security, which to my relief had the lowest price and Tyler (the Owner) told me on the phone the national average for service was $70. Well damn right off the bat I get an honest answer from the owner who work for himself and is operating an impressive business on his own with many years of experience. He showed up when he said he would and it took him about 20 mins to pick the lock. Tyler has all the tools needed and told me he started the company in St. Louis and decided to hit the road and come here for more work. He has plenty of tools to get the job done and for an additional 10 bucks he made me two more house keys and made sure they worked properly before leaving. Tyler is a serious professional and he is the only one operating his company. So you won't get anyone else besides him. No annoying things to deal with when calling this man.
