Once the replacement supplies arrived, Luis (and Jordan) quickly did the work to bring the system back on line. They were very efficient with their use of time but also did everything needed to accomplish high quality work. Luis made sure that communication was great throughout the entire process and I felt he was careful to manage costs in a very respectful way.
