The previous owners never really maintained the system which didn't help. I shopped around and decided to go with the company that did the initial install 18 years ago They were reasonable for the scope of work being done. They replaced the whole system boiler and holding tank. They also added a new zone so my kids could have more control over the temp of their rooms. Matt C was my initial contact and helped guide us through the proper size system and was able to figure out how add a zone and thermostat. They upgraded some valves and ran new wire. Duncan was our main plumber and the man was meticulous. Our system looks like a piece of art. Also really did an amazing install. The house feels so much more comfortable and we can take a shower and wash clothes and have a warm house all at the same time. We have tested the limits of this boiler and are pleased with capacity. Ashley in the office was super helpful getting us scheduled quickly and our rebate for Avista processed. I highly recommend Moser.

Not only did they show up exactly when they said they would, but Jeremy spent a few moments with me asking questions to verify what I wanted and the job was done long before I expected. They were so respectful of the area, and after they had gone, I could not tell that "construction" had even occured. I didn't even have to vacuum the floor boards! I am at a loss on how to recommend them more highly other than leaving a great review for Titan Contracting. They will be my first and only call for projects going forward.
