While I went to town leaving reviews for Waterworks itself, I realize the intimate culprit is City Sports. Their pool is constantly undergoing some sort of HVAC issues which leads to ongoing and almost weekly pool closures. For gym members, I assume you are hoping your gym membership includes access to a pool which means 9 out of 10 times in any given month you are dealing with a closed pool. City Sports, get your act together. Why is your pool closed so many weeks out of the year???

I am not a member or client of this City Sports location, yet I have been receiving nonstop…read moremarketing voicemails from "Carlos at City Sports Hesperian" for months. The calls come daily, sometimes multiple times a day and have crossed the line into harassment. I already called weeks ago and spoke directly with Carlos to have my number removed from their marketing list, which I never signed up for in the first place. Despite that request, the daily calls continue. After another unwanted call today, I contacted City Sports and spoke to Assistant Manager Henry and made it clear that if my number is not removed immediately, I will explore legal action, including a potential class action complaint. City Sports Hesperian seriously needs to reevaluate its marketing practices. Repeated unsolicited calls after a direct request to stop are unacceptable, unprofessional, and harassing.

The Swimming Pool: It's the perfect temperature and not overly crowded. Also, people in the pool are very respectful. And the water is extremely well-maintained. The Sauna: This is my absolute favorite way to unwind and generally quite clean. I see them cleaning it very regularly. Atmosphere: Beyond the facilities, the staff is friendly and welcoming.
