I've worked with Sasha Carrion for nearly 5+ years through completely different seasons of my…read morelife--business expansion, emotional blocks, physical trauma, fear, and major life transitions. Sometimes we've worked briefly on one issue; other times, consistently for months. Every time, I'm amazed by how quickly and deeply her work affects me. I've experienced talk therapy, journaling, mindset and spiritual work, and other healing modalities before hypnosis. All valuable, but Sasha showed me that understanding a pattern and actually changing the subconscious belief underneath it are two very different things. I am extremely analytical. I can analyze a problem from twenty directions and find twenty more. Sasha is one of the few practitioners who can meet me at that level without allowing my analytical mind to become an obstacle to healing. She knows how to get underneath it. Most recently, we worked weekly for 4+ months during one of the most destabilizing periods of my life. I was experiencing deep depression, recovering from a traumatic plastic surgery experience, and simultaneously dealing with an escalating HOA legal dispute. It affected my mind, body, recovery, home, and sense of safety. At the beginning, I could go from hopeful to terrified within minutes. Sasha didn't just tell me everything would be okay; she helped my subconscious begin to feel safe again. As new fears appeared, we addressed them before they became permanent beliefs. Eventually, I watched myself respond differently. Things that months earlier would have completely destabilized me happened, and I found myself thinking, "Okay. We'll handle it." And meaning it. Actually feeling calm. The external circumstances eventually began resolving too--far beyond what I believed was possible. But that isn't even the result I value most: The journey to the resolution did not destroy me. When I couldn't access faith in the outcome, Sasha could. She would tell me, "Borrow my faith." And I did. She held a vision of healing, safety, and resolution until I could believe in it myself. Empty reassurance doesn't work on me; Sasha's words have power because there is genuine conviction behind them. She understands me and is genuinely invested in helping me move forward. I trust Sasha deeply and respect her intelligence, intuition, compassion, and mastery of her craft. She validates what I'm experiencing while helping me change the pattern keeping me there. I've also realized I don't want hypnosis to be something I use only when something is wrong. I think of Sasha as an exceptional trainer for the subconscious. We train our bodies to become stronger--why wouldn't we give our minds that same support? There will always be new desires and expansions revealing new blocks. Sasha helps me move through them instead of building my life around them. Working with her is one of the most valuable investments I've made in myself--not simply because she helps me resolve problems, but because she has helped me become someone who moves through problems differently. And if you're skeptical about hypnosis, I understand. It has never felt like surrendering control of my mind. It feels like communicating with the part of my mind influencing me all along. You can consciously know you're safe while your body feels unsafe; you can understand a pattern perfectly and still repeat it. That gap is where this work can be transformative. 5+ years and countless limiting beliefs rewired and goals achieved later, Sasha is an invaluable part of my support team and someone I recommend wholeheartedly. She is a powerful healer, gifted hypnotherapist, and deeply intuitive and compassionate human being. She has held hope, calm, and possibility for me until I could hold them myself. Perhaps the greatest evidence that this work works is that I've needed to borrow those things less and less. The greatest compliment I can give Sasha's work is this: It changed the version of me who was going through it. And once that version of you changes, everything else has the opportunity to change too.

Working with Jessica London Laed has profoundly changed my life in ways I could never have imagined…read morewhen I first hired her as my dating coach. With her guidance, I found the man of my dreams, built a beautiful relationship with him, and eventually married him. London did not simply help me find a partner, she helped me become the woman who could recognize, choose, and sustain the kind of love I had always wanted. Before meeting London, I struggled with dating patterns that repeatedly led me toward the wrong people and left me questioning whether a healthy, lasting relationship was even possible for me. London helped me understand what I genuinely needed in a partner, recognize emotional availability, establish stronger boundaries, and stop confusing anxiety or uncertainty with chemistry. She taught me how to date with both an open heart and clear discernment. Because of our work together, I was able to recognize the extraordinary man who would become my husband and create a relationship rooted in mutual love, respect, attraction, and shared values. Years later, after the birth of our second child, I began experiencing significant anxiety and depression. The emotional and physical demands of motherhood affected every part of my life, including my marriage. My husband and I became disconnected, our communication deteriorated, and the affection and romance that had once come so naturally began to disappear. We loved each other deeply, but we were exhausted, overwhelmed, and no longer knew how to reach one another. Once again, London became an invaluable source of support. Although she had originally been my dating coach, she was also able to help us as a highly skilled couples therapist. She supported me in understanding and managing my anxiety and depression, while helping my husband and me recognize how those struggles were affecting our relationship. She never blamed or shamed either of us. Instead, she helped us see that we were not each other's enemy, we were two people caught in a painful cycle who needed new tools to find our way back to one another. One of the most transformative parts of our work involved helping my husband identify and communicate his emotions. He came from a family and culture in which feelings were rarely discussed, emotional vulnerability was unfamiliar, and openly expressing emotions was not typical. This did not mean that he did not care or feel deeply, but he had never learned how to put his internal experience into words. London approached this cultural and family history with tremendous sensitivity and compassion. She never made him feel defective or criticized him for what he had not been taught. Instead, she helped him develop an emotional vocabulary, understand what was happening inside him, and communicate his feelings in a way I could finally hear and understand. At the same time, she helped me express my needs more clearly, without allowing anxiety, frustration, or resentment to take over the conversation. This made a world of difference in our marriage. For the first time, my husband was able to explain what he felt instead of withdrawing, becoming defensive, or shutting down. I learned how to listen without immediately assuming the worst, and we both learned how to communicate with greater honesty, patience, empathy, and emotional safety. London helped us understand that beneath many of our arguments were two people who still loved each other and desperately wanted to feel seen. She also helped us restore the affection, romance, playfulness, and emotional intimacy that had gradually disappeared beneath the responsibilities of parenting and everyday life. Today, my husband and I are happier, closer, and more connected than we have been in years. London has been present for two of the most important chapters of my life. First, she helped me find and build a relationship with the man of my dreams. Then, years later, she helped us protect and strengthen that relationship during one of the most difficult periods of our marriage. She also helped me regain my emotional stability, confidence, and sense of self when anxiety and depression made me feel as though I had lost them. I will always be grateful to London for helping me find my husband and, later, helping us find each other again. She did not just teach me how to date successfully, she taught us how to love each other more consciously, communicate more courageously, and build a marriage capable of growing through life's most challenging seasons. I cannot recommend London highly enough as both a dating coach and couples therapist.

I've had three sessions with her so far, and each one has been deeply enlightening, profoundly healing, and incredibly accurate. Since I was twelve years old, I've sought out psychics in the hope of connecting with my father, who passed away when I was two. None of the psychics I've seen over the years have come close to the connection I felt with Colby. From the moment we began our first session, she immediately picked up on details about me without any prompting, and I felt genuinely seen. Colby has a rare gift--she is warm and compassionate, yet clear and direct. Each session has moved me to tears (which, for me, is always a sign that something is resonating on a soul level). So at a point in my life where I will be making some important career choices, I decided to contact Lucy Yeh for some guidance. Now this wasn't the first time Lucy has helped me with carrer stuff. Last year she helped me with my cover letter and resume. She even took a glance at my reel. Since then I've had many cool opportunities including fun video editing projects and a 5-week work trip to Latvia teaching documentary filmmaking! Then there was one time that Lucy guided me through a heartbreak that I just couldn't shake off. From the moment she gave me advice and from the moment I put that advice into action, that heartbreak faded quick. She knew exactly what I had to do to get closure and begin healing. Going to Lucy for my present moment of life changes was an easy decision! I showed up to my consultation. She provided me with water and almonds and tangerines and chocolate. She invited me to take off my shoes and get comfortable. She listened to my tales of job restlessness and assured me that what I'm feeling is natural. She has this way of tapping into who I am and how I operate. So when she would make suggestions, it would be in a way that is in alignment with what I am comfortable doing while still giving me that encouraging push to strive for better. At times I could feel myself resisting what Lucy was advising. Not because I was disagreeing with her but mostly because I was too scared to do what I needed to do. But Lucy was patient and gently reframed her suggestions until I felt confident. I didn't realize it at the time but Lucy and I met for a good 90 mins. The whole time, Lucy was completely there for me. Never once did I feel rushed or that she was conscious of a time limit. When it came down to discussing the proper coaching package for me, she never pressured me into buying something that I couldn't afford. In fact, she didn't pressure me into a set package at all and pretty much told me to think about what I need and she will be there for me as often as I need. Cool! She has a caring heart and has the best of intentions. I trust Lucy Yeh and with that trust I know I can depend on her to steer me in the right direction while being my personal cheerleader :) Dear Lucy, I'm a little nervous but also excited about what's to come on this unknown path! Looking forward to your guidance as opportunities reveal themselves :)
