I received an 18-page report with noted issues and the recommended fix action, as well as pictures of the noted items. This report included a review of the home's foundation, door/window issues, garage floor issues, and the structural integrity of a 2nd level deck and stairs. This was also a very quick-turn request as I had less than a week to provide this report to the sellers. Pricing for inspection and a sealed report were reasonable. The plans included caissons, structural beams and slab, with void-forms to address problems with expansive soils. Despite coming in a bit behind schedule, the Prostruct plans were in such good shape that there were no go-backs or comments from the Building Dept so that the permit issued quickly and work started back on schedule. Much more detailed in the measurements , placement and cost. Without talking to Steve from CSR, I would not have been able to request the additional piers from Thrasher. We had a very compromised foundation which required 16 piers. I would recommend to get a quote from Colorado Structural Repair.
