The counselor said no one else is here, even though I was sitting in the room with the door closed. Just then, someone else came in and the same counselor took that other woman into the next room and started speaking to her, all the while I'm still waiting to speak to someone for my 1:30 PM appointment. My appointment was for 1:30 PM. Not for 1:50 PM or after she saw the second person. I called to check on the time because my time is important and I felt like my time was not important enough to this clinic and it made me feel like a number.
