Make an appointment with Dr Malecki. Your regular cardiologist may be content with pumping you up with meds. Dr. Kayaneh recommended that I have an ablation. The AFib is gone. No more shortness of breath from mild exertion. My resting heart rate is down and my blood pressure is down. Also AFib causes damage to the heart. When the ablation is performed, that damage is corrected. Get the ablation.

Dr. Saleh is awesome. He came right to my bedside in the ER. He was able to quickly diagnose what was going on with my heart. He was thorough and was able to explain my EKG to me. What I loved mostly about Dr. Saleh was his knowledge, confidence and immediate treatment plan to help me. I had already been to another cardiologist that had run out answers for me and could no longer help me. Once I was discharged from the hospital, I followed up with Dr. Saleh at his private practice in Linden, NJ. The office was super clean and his staff was very polite. Dr. Saleh is a very down to earth doctor, takes his time listening to your questions and concerns, and doesn't rush you. Dr. Saleh provided me with much more knowledge to my condition than my previous cardiologist did after, 3 visits to the previous cardiologist. 5 stars all the way. Omg! These two reviews are crazy below mine. This doctor is fantastic. This man saved my husband's…read morelife. If he prescribes a brand name drug there is a good reason! As far as side affects, he knows more than you do on drugs regardless of the so call known side affects. Staff is excellent! Just the extreme opposite of this persons experience. We are always well greeted by staff and think it's great when called by first name. My husband's A-Fib is totally under control with Xarelto. Yes very expensive but we make do. As far as generic drugs, as I worked for American Hoechst Corporation maker of Lasix, I learned there can be differences in the generics compared to brand name. Hence the price and the fact the health insurance companies do not want to pay for the brand name especially Medicare as the government is taking more and more away from it. However the nurse that was taking care of me was great while I was completing the stress test . The PA Guptha was a disgrace to the profession as she was on the phone the entire time ( while the test was being administered ) seeking homeowners ins quotes and not once did she ask how I was doing as she was concerned about her quote for her dwelling ( I believe it was in the $450.000 dollar range ) . Guptha asked the ins agent if she could put them on hold as she was advised by the nurse that I was having issues with the test and the treadmill needed to be stopped .
