Don't let a bad review get you down, especially since they are all extremely old. It seems as though Yelp also has a way of organizing the reviews unfairly. Yelp will show every single "bad" review there possibly is before they show you any good reviews. I was hesitant after I saw the kind of reviews being left, but I took the time to read through them all. Not to place blame, but most of the complaints, were something on the Bride's end that made their experience less than desirable. This is a business though, and when things do go array, because they most certainly will, they were handled with dignity and care. My experience at Complete Bridal was nothing short of magnificent. Being an oddly shaped woman, finding well -fitting clothing, nevertheless, gowns, has been a struggle my entire life. Being a 22 dress size on top and a 12 at the waist makes for an extremely difficult experience. I had been to at least three or four bridal stores before I happened to stumble upon Complete Bridal. The day I went in, I was at an earlier appointment at a local bridal boutique and had left extremely discouraged and upset. Once again, the salon tried to shove me into a sample size 8 with the "convincing" words of "Don't worry, it will look great once you get it in your size". But I didn't feel great. And I didn't feel like a bride at all. This was the case in many stores that I frequented. I remembered that I had seen Complete Bridal in passing, while on my work commute and decided to give it a try. When I called, I asked to see if they possibly had any openings for the day, I didn't want my whole day wasted! To my delight, Dave was happy to accommodate us with a time that was just an hour later than when we called. When we arrived, I was the only bride in the store, and Dave had mentioned that he only allows one bride at a time for an hour and a half at a time, to ensure that they are treated with the respect and care that they should be. Dave and myself chatted about what I was expecting out of a wedding dress and the look I wanted to go for, and what would best suit my body style as well as my personal style. He had me pull dresses I was interested in, and he pulled some of his own, and we even threw in a few "just for fun" picks as well as entourage picks. I tried on probably 15 gowns while in the store. All the while, I felt so incredibly comfortable. Each dress was shown to my entourage. We would talk about our likes, dislikes, and why I preferred or disliked certain styles because of the way they sat on my body. I felt like a complete queen with the way I was treated that day. Dave even offered refreshments and let us know that we can come back anytime and celebrate a dress choice with champagne or wine! (and I did exactly that, just two days later! The family has to see the dress before you buy, right!?) Working with Dave was like working with an old friend. I cannot stress enough how comfortable I felt with him. This isn't JUST a business to Dave. You can tell that he loves what he does and that definitely carries over into his service. Thanks to Complete Bridal I found my dream dress, and I felt like I was loved and appreciated while being there. I left feeling SO beautiful I am still glowing with joy about my experience here. Words cannot express how grateful I am to have stumbled into Complete Bridal. David and his team are absolutely AMAZING and I couldn't ask for a better experience than the ones that I've had with them. I wouldn't call myself a typical bride, as trying on wedding dresses was the part of wedding planning that I absolutely dreaded. Since I dreaded finding my own dress, I decided to start with my bridesmaid dresses. I had one in particular that I loved (or so I thought I did). When we came in for our appointment, David pulled the dress that we came in for and also selected one that he thought would look good. I am sooooo glad that he did. My girls' tried on both dresses and the original dress that I had loved SO much, suddenly seemed "blah" compared to the dress that David picked out. Both dresses looked stunning on all the girls, but David's pick made them look absolutely incredible AND gorgeous. Not only did I love the dress, but so did the girls. I expected the dresses to be in the $250.00 to $300.00 price range and they were actually under $200.00!!! We were so shocked! I knew that I wanted David to help me find my wedding dress, so I made an appointment for a few weeks later. As I stated earlier, I was absolutely dreading trying on wedding dresses (to the point where my stomach would hurt just thinking about it). I'm literally 5 foot and a half an inch tall, I have a very large bust and I'm not the most proportioned person...so I just thought that I was doomed from the start. David not only calmed my fears and insecurities, but he helped me find the perfect dress for my special day. He not only lets you pick the dresses that you want to try on, but he also picks dresses that are right for your body type and personality. He knows his stuff...and you can really tell. From the moment you walk into his store, you just have a good feeling. They make you feel so welcome and relaxed. Before finding Complete Bridal, I went into 4 different stores and each store made me feel super uncomfortable. Not here. They treat you like a Goddess and they don't take advantage of you when it comes to pricing. If you're shopping for a wedding dress, bridesmaid dress or a prom dress, I would strongly recommend that you make Complete Bridal your first and last stop. You will not be disappointed... I promise! David is smart, funny, talented, super sweet and his positive attitude is absolutely infectious. I wanted to take a min to write a review about complete Bridal in E Dundee Il especial after today! My experience with them has been absolutely wonderful from day 1 I was referred by a friend of mine who got married 7-25-15 matter of fact she was get her last min details done on her dress while I went in to look at dresses. I had first called the bridal store and asked for David who's name I was told to ask for he was so helpful even over the phone he was able to feel out what I wanted and my style. To my surprise the day I went to look at dresses David had already picked out a dress for me simple by are detailed phone conversation! It was how I had imagined my wedding dress Hollywood glamour omg I was in love with my dress all it needed was some alterations and Rosa was absolutely wonderful doing all of the detailing the dress was perfect! My wedding would of been 11-21-15 so I was to come in one month prior my request to make sure it still fit and every thing would be great by unfortunately 1 month prior my wedding date I found out the man I was going to marry had a who other identity and I called off the wedding lost over 10 thousands $ on the hall my life had crumbled where I stood! I call David I explained my horrible situation and how I couldn't bare to go in and get the dress plus I still owed money for the alterations. He was kind enough to help me so I wouldn't have to go there it was to stressful so he offered to put the dress up for sale then send me a check once sold. I still owed money so I let months go by with out calling to see if my dress was sold so today I finally felt strong enough to call and David had informed me that my dress was put to the side because I had asked Rosa to give me time to pay the remaining amount and to my surprise he said you know what? I questioned what ! He said you has been threw so much and I know your in a rotten financial state after you called off your wedding so don't worry you don't owe anything as of now you deserve a break! Omg I was so touched that there are still good people out there and it's not all about money and David truly cared about me as a person it felt so nice after all my hardship to feel that some one cared more about me then the money I owed. He will still sell the dress and I'll get a refund and hopefully find MR right then go back for a different yet beautiful wedding gown. My first time trying on a wedding dress was in a bridal store in Schaumburg. A terrible experience, which left me feeling well... "Not So Pretty." We are having a small intimate "non traditional" wedding and I truly felt as though I should just buy a simple dress. Honestly, I didn't know what I was going to do. I am a teacher and a few weeks after my horrible dress try on experience, I happened to be telling another teacher friend of mine about not knowing where to find a dress. She mentioned I had to go to this great bridal store in East Dundee. As much as she loved the store, she could not remember the name, only the location and description of the store. She said you will love it because it's not stuffy and traditional and David is the owner and he's fantastic. She said when my girls get married I am taking them there. Her girls are like 6 and 4 years old Since, my Mom is in Florida during the winter my fiancé came with me to try on dresses. Our wedding is the end of July. Therefore we had about 5 choices in dresses because it takes time for them to be ordered. We did not have an appointment but "the boys" took us in and we started trying on those few dresses. David took over my impromptu appointment and was sure that the last dress would be the one to fit me perfectly. He was right! I said, "Yes to the dress!" David is very professional and is truly an expert at matching the perfect wedding dress to the bride. He truly cares about "his girls" and has a true gift. David is very honest and his dress prices are very reasonable for such beautiful designer dresses. This is my first time getting married at age 40, not exactly a "young" bride but David made me feel so special and tended to me so amazingly as I tried on dresses. David spends time getting to know his girls and our personalities, to find the right dress. He is most definitely an expert in Style and Design. I was never the type of girl to daydream about my wedding growing up, so once I started dress shopping I had no clue what to do or what I wanted, which made me really anxious!! I had been to a big box bridal store for my first dress shopping event, and just had a bad experience. I tried on several dresses in my price range and they all just looked cheap, and I was also elbowing other brides for mirror room and dressing room space. I am the type of person that I needed a more personal experience than that to buy my dress, and a friend pointed me toward Complete Bridal. Even from my initial phone call with David I knew I had made the right decision to make an appointment there! David took the time to explain their shop to me, asked me questions about my wedding and what theme we had, what dress style I was hoping for, and had dress ideas for me even over the phone. He even put me at ease when I said I was nervous about the dress shopping, too. When I got to my appointment I was the only bride there, which was AWESOME. David and Luis were great! They had my mom and I pick a few dresses to try and they pulled a few dresses for me to try. EVERY dress I put on was amazing. It was the same budget range I had at the big box store, but these dresses were all beautiful and of really good quality. David made me feel right at home. Each dress I put on, he explained the dresses, fabrics and cuts to me, and explained how the dresses are made, bustled, even altered. He is so knowledgeable! As we went through the dresses and I made critiques about what I liked/didn't like about the dress, he'd remove dresses in the queue and add others, to pinpoint my perfect dress. As it turns out my mom picked the dress I ultimately went with, which made it even more special. Bottom line ladies: if you want a truly personal bridal experience with knowledgeable, supportive staff, this is the shop for you. David is great, the gowns are beautiful, and he really works with you on finding that right dress! Another tip: make sure to go in advance!! They order the dresses to be made to your specific measurements for a lot of the designers (which is great because then you don't have to alter it too much), but they instructed me it can take 5-7 months to receive them, so plan ahead!! read more

Here's what happened ladies, I was referred to complete bridal in January 2017, I called to make an appointment and I was able to come in the same day. Now, I never had an ideal dress in mind, I'm very much go with the flow. With the incredible staff and their expertise, after trying on five dresses, I said yes to the dress. As soon as I ran into my friend (at work), I pulled out my phone to show her my wedding dress. She goes "oh my God." And goes to get her phone, I'm thinking, 'she loves it.' Once she came back, she has her dress pulled up... the same dress. I felt awful, she never minded, but we thought it was just bizarre. A few months goes by and a some conversations are exchanged. But never did I imagine what was going to happen. My friend was never mad at me, but when I went in for my first look, Dave sat down with so much sympathy, empathy and apologized for this misfortune. He asked what he could do, Dave's passion for making women's dreams come true is something that cannot go unnoticed! As I glanced around the room, secretly looking for the dress I have been starring at for 7 months. I saw my real life dream dress!! I simply asked if I could possibly try it on. Without hesitation, Dave grabbed it off the rack and brought it into the dressing room. Girls, I fell in LOVE!!!! With tears of joy and happiness, this is now my dress. Dave asked for nothing in return, and had his amazing seamstress come out to do alterations. Again, words don't even do a justice for how amazing I was treated! I need to tell the world, so I'm starting with social media. Please, if you are getting married, please come see Dave at Complete Bridal. My experience goes back to 2009, and generally I do not write reviews, so the reason I am writing it now is because I see that this store is getting a "reality" show. For what? Being the worst bridal store there is?? The only decent experience I had was walking in. After that down hill. I came in a good 9 months before my wedding knowing you are supposed to order 6 months in advance. However, because this was a second wedding I wasn't even looking for a wedding gown, I wanted more of a pale blue or pink bridesmaid gown. Well David wouldn't think of it. He promptly pointed me to more casual and definitely more expensive gowns. He was a heck of a sales person and talked me into a gown. Fine, that was over. He said that the gown really only would take about 3-5 months to come in because the turn around time on this designer was pretty quick. Well about three months later I decided to call to check on the status. They said they would have to call to see, fine. After waiting about a week I heard nothing. I called back several times left messages or would talk to Davids partner and they kept telling me it was due to ship any day... 1 month before my wedding... where was my dress? Apparently due to some issues at sea because (the dress was coming from China or Japan) the boats were not sailing... are you kidding me? SO the extra I paid for expedited shipping on top of the $1500 I spent for the gown your telling me its on a boat and not in the air? ONE thats right ONE week before my wedding my dress arrives. I was told to come in for alterations. And that was a nightmare in itself. I was BEYOND angry and couldn't stand to be that shop one more moment. I took my dress and left. So, to make a long story end... DO NOT SHOP HERE unless you like drama, lies, bad acting, and a deceitful disrespectful selfish owner. I came to Complete Bridal looking for a wedding dress that was appropriate for a beach wedding on St. Croix, USVI. I was 5 days away from leaving for the Caribbean to plan the whole wedding just as Hurricane Irma was threatening to destroy our beautiful island. As if wedding dress shopping wasn't stressful enough! When I called to set up my appointment with David I was pleasantly surprised by his demeanor and already felt at ease about going to this appointment. My bestie & I selected some dresses to try on while David finished another customer's transaction. I saw him peek over at us a couple times, and when he was ready to join us he said, "I was watching to see what you liked. You picked 2 dresses that are going to be awful for you, 2 dresses that you are going to love (one of which will probably be THE dress!), and I'm also going to make a few selections for you to try that might not be in your comfort zone." I was thinking "Yeah, right, I'm sure he can tell what's right for me just like that." I tried everything on, and when it came down to it, there were 2 dresses that I hated, 2 dresses that I loved, (one of which I did pick to be THE dress), just as David had predicted!! Not only does this guy know what he's doing, but the dress was priced exactly in my price range. I had already been to several other shops and was either treated with indifference or hounded with several high-pressure sales calls/texts/emails every couple days...awful!! David was pleasant, laid back, fun to work with, patient and attentive. There was zero pressure to buy, and I feel really good about the choice I made for my wedding dress. One star is being generous!First I would like to say Maybe this shop needs women employees. They pride themselves on being their pretty boy male owned salon yet they cant do sh*t! They have no organization. Several times I was told "Sorry we lost your file" I have called DOZENS of times and they NEVER return a call. When you do get them on the phone they leave you on hold and apologize that they can not find your information and ask if they can call you later. DAVE AND CREW YOU NEED TO GET IT TOGETHER..before you lose any more of your customers!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Dave lies about the wedding dates to the manufactures to get dresses in time and they STILL do not come in time for your wedding! He is a liar and will tell you whatever you want to hear to get you to leave him alone. Once he gets the sale he could give a rats a$$ about you. I do not understand why his store will be on best in bridal. Another thing that is annoying is he claims this is HIS tv show coming out. Sorry but BEST IN BRIDAL is NOT COMPLETE BRIDAL! I am glad I went down the street to Shelley's Bridal (they will also be appearing on Best in Bridal so don't be fooled by Dave just to get on tv girls you can go to Shelley's!) where they were more than happy to answer my calls and return them, locate my file, provide my dress by my guaranteed date. & then Dave wonders why his shop gets bad reviews on yelp! HA!! DO NOT GO TO COMPLETE BRIDAL!! I am sad because I really thought from my first visit that I could give you guys an excellent rating. I hate that our relationship turned to this. Well, DAVE is amazing, and sure beats that WACKO lady at the ebay store, who also sells gowns. I was shocked, how Dave, was gracious, and kind, and so helpful, since, all I heard while I was at the ebay store, ladies, grown store, I think her name was Diane, all she said was horrific things about Dave, and nasty comments about her own customers, and employees. I wanted to give Dave a try to see, if all that lady said was true, I was surprised and how well we were taken care of by Dave, and how helpful he and all the staff were for us. Truly all of what that lady talked of, was SO UNTRUE, and all the nasty things she said about him, were untrue. Why would a lady speak so ugly against, a nice man? Dave, thank you for taking care of us, and I am so sorry that this mean lady is saying such terrible things about you, and your wonderful store, it was such a wonderful experience to be treated, as a valued customer, and not being bombarded with ugly words, like that other lady. Dave, keep your head up, knowing you are wonderful at how well, you take care of your customers. Your store is wonderful to walk into, unlike that other store, who puts dresses in containers, on the floor. Daves experience, and professional manner won us over. We are glad to have such a wonderful business in our community. We did alot of research on both stores before going, and I was mistaken going to that ladies, so called, store, what a terrible human being, she is. I have never heard a business owner, like this lady, speak so badly of others, in our community, and her customers. DAVE was amazing, thank you so very much. YOU HAVE TO COME HERE!! I don't know what to say but I truly want ladies to come here. I went to shop after shop in the city looking for my "perfect dress". The truth is, it's out there and I found it and its $3000 over my budget. So my aunt recommended Complete Bridal and we went! Before we went there I had a chat with the owner, David. He was amazing asking every question about my budget (was that with shipping? alternations? veil?) When we got there I, not only found my "perfect dress" but I found it under budget. David explained that they work with designers so they don't have to sell them at retail and can give their clients the very best price. David had my dress but he also had a few more for me to try on. After 12 dresses it was obvious, the FIRST dress David recommended (not my dream dress) was the one! It was everything I thought I never wanted! Haha! but David and the boys are really professionals -(really they are this was the ONLY place that pinned me in back and then turned me around and pinned me in front so I could see how the dress would look fitted in the back-seriously girls how are we supposed to buy a dress that is thousands of dollars if we dont know how our butt is going to look in it!)-and they knew what would look amazing on a bride and they were RIGHT! Not to mention the dress was 1/2 my budget oh and how did I forget this!? EVERYTHING IS CUSTOM MADE! It doesn't matter the price or what you would like to add the price tag on the dress is what it is! So my dress is 100% original no one will have ever had it and its the same price as what was on the tag! Ladies you are crazy if you don't at least come here before you decide. So for all those negative reviews out there.....let me give my view. This place was my 8th stop...yes you read that right...8th stop. I was called fat, put in dresses over my budget, and handed off to other consultants due to mine running out of time at other salons. I went to Complete Bridal just for fun as I was passing by and my grandmother and I had the BEST experience. I was not told directly that I was beautiful but I was made to feel like I was. - to the girl who was uncomfortable the all male staff...would you feel the same if it was Randy from SYTTD?? Dont think so. They clearly are not interested in looking at you. - to the girl about the potato sack comment....David told me a dress I had on didn't do anything for my butt. and when I have a great one why make it look like a pancake?! If you think about it...he saved me. I would have purchased a dress that looked terrible on me. While other places would let you buy the wrong dress they are being honest to make sure we look amazing on our day. After he said it I realized he was absolutely corr - to the girls who were frustrated he found you cuter dresses.....I'm very sorry he wanted you to look adorable :) After being called fat at another salon and made to feel ugly..I left Complete Bridal feeling (and looking) amazing! They accommodated my crazy schedule, low budget, high list of wants/requests, crazy family, and customization in alterations. From start to finish he made me feel like I was the ONLY thing that mattered. needless to say we went back and he actually did the same thing for my mom! I bought my dress from them when they first opened in January 2008 and I was given a great deal on the price of the dress. I was told that the dress would be in by the beginning of April (my wedding was in September). I explained to them that it was important my dress was in by the second week of April due to my upcoming back surgeryand not wanting to have to worry about the location of my wedding dress while I was recovering. I was told over and over again that it would be in not to worry. The dress didn't arrive until mid-June (my bridesmaid dresses, which were ordered from another bridal store were in 2 weeks BEFORE my dress and were ordered 3 months AFTER my dress), and was supposed to be diamond white and came in white. I was told there was nothing that could be done about it because the lady who was there when I bought my dress was no longer with the company and Dave was less than sympatheic about the situation. I wish I could say that the problems with them ended there however, they didn't. One of our groomsmen accidently went there to get measured instead of the place he was supposed to go (now mind you, I NEVER gave any of the groomsmen info to Dave yet he somehow had all of it...) and Dave sat there on the phone arguing with me until I was in tears, and my now husband ended up getting on the phone trying to get the deposit back for our groomsmen. The customer service is lacking and they main thing they focus on is making money, not a bride's feelings and anxieties of their big day. Ladies, don't let the display you may or may not have seen on the news (after Eva's burned down) fool you. Strongly consider your other options! read more

Woops.. there's two. I have been to several bridal salons in my search for the perfect dress. Unlike the girls on the program "Say Yes to The Dress" on TLC, I didn't have the budget nor the time. I didn't have an appointment so I understand not getting to me right away. I sat back and began my wait. I love to people watch so I had no problem with the wait. There were five brides, five dressing rooms and dresses ranged from 300 to 1,000. Unlike Kinfeld's, those gowns seemed to be 4,500 to 10,000. It's funny how for that price I get one hour to select my dress. An hour plus went by, and I was still waiting for the next dressing room. Was I mad? No. I saw the effort and attention given to each bride so I was excited. One girl only had 300 to spend on her gown, but that didn't effect the level of service given to her. To see on TV the big price tag's and the one hour appointments are fictional and not at all what I wanted to spend nor have limit's on time and attention. After a two hour wait it was now my turn. My consultant was Rosemarie. She work's part-time at White House Black Market so she was knowledgeable and able to accessorize my gown. She was wonderful. I ended up getting my girls dresses from White House Black Market. Me, I bought a Private Label Bridal Gown and spent $980. I look like a million buck's though. My appointment lasted, 2 1/2 hours. You don't mind really waiting, we were able to book our tuxedo's with Top Notch Formalwear, westerling china and shoes. In stead of a program "Say Yes To The Dress", it should be "The Price of the Dress is Perfect". These guy's ran their ass off. I appreciated it. read more

On December 29th, I stumbled across Complete Bridal & what a pleasant surprise that was! David (owner) was quick to help out my sister and I. He was very attentive, and a good listener. He is very genuine about his curiosities and wanting to get to know the bride a little bit more in order to style her for the perfect fit! I didn't feel like he was just trying to make a sale & he wasn't pushy like I found most other bridal shops tend to be. Within minutes David had pulled maybe 7 dresses for me already! I was getting married in a Catholic church and needed a dress that was modest but not too matronly. I wanted to look and feel elegant, and beautiful. By the second dress, I had found the one! My final total was under $2,000 (what a steal!!) and only 2 months later my made to order dress was ready! I was able to purchase my veil and get my dress hemmed / bustled at the same location as well! Sylvia's alteration work is seamless and I was very satisfied with the final fit! Even with Covid 19 delays, the team at Complete Bridal was able to accommodate to my needs in a timely manner & I never once worried about if my dress would be ready in time for my June 6th 2020 wedding. My experience with Complete Bridal was above and beyond and everything a Bride would want for her wedding dress day. The owner David along with seamstress Rosa were excellence at best. I am 52 and met my Fiancé at our Church Grief Group six years ago. Not sure what kind of dress I wanted, I came in and had a wonderful welcome with David and Rosa. Immediately David brought out the most beautiful dress. I am a size 16 and David knew exactly what to show me for my body type. After choosing the perfect dress for me, David and Rosa started with their fashioning and tailing the dress on me. They made me feel like a Princess. They compliment each other so well. Afterword I had time with David and had time to assure me that I have the confidence and love in me that I never heard from someone who just met me a couple of times. David has such a grace and elegance and just adorable. He makes everything so perfect that I wanted to bring him home for my Fiancé to meet. You are a very special friend David. To me visiting the shop and having Dave help me pick out dresses that would fit me best... there was also Champagne as well when we were finding dresses which I loved because Dave made it feel comfortable and like family. I had my bridesmaids dresses also ordered from Complete bridal and they were AMAZING!!!! I still get all teary eyed when I look at my wedding photos because everything looked so beautiful. Rosa was the seamstress for my wedding gown and for ALL 7 of my bridesmaids. She had a lot to handle! But she did amazing!!! She made my size 2 dress fit to a size 00!!! Like what Store would do that for their bride!! Loved it all. As being a bride your constantly worrying about something and answering to people but with Complete bridal and Rosa with her own business they helped make my wedding exactly what I wanted to be and MORE!!! I still go to Rosa for random little dresses I need taken in and hemmed because she does an amazing Job and Dave is always here to comment on how my dresses look which I like because he's always honest and on point about it. Not gonna lie, I was not planning on going to this store but i'm so grateful we did. We were over at Shelley's bridal right down the street ad had a terrible experience. I was actually pretty frustrated and felt done for the day but my sister insisted on walking down and just checking out the place. We walked in and were asked if we had an appointment and of course we didn't but they said well we will still take care of you and that they did. I felt so welcomed and felt like I was important to them. I was a little skeptical because it is all males, but OMG I had Louis help me and he made me feel beautiful, comfortable, and was so fun to work with. He knew what dresses would work for my body type and made sure I was ok. Louis picked out the dress that I ended up buying. I would have never picked it out for myself, I'm grateful that he did because it is BEAUTIFUL!!! The experience was so fun and better than my other experience I had at 2 other stores. Only thing that I thought of as a negative was the dresses to try on were dirty, ripped, and old, I understand they are sample dresses but would of been nice if they were cleaner. Excellent customer service! I was treated like a queen with every experience at Complete Bridal. David, Rosa, and the rest of the staff go above and beyond to ensure that every step of the wedding dress process is stress free for the bride from start to finish! I made a last minute decision to wear my original wedding dress the week before my wedding and David and Rosa made the alterations happen so that my dress was perfect the day of! Rosa even custom made me a belt and a veil to make sure that my bridal vision came true! David even gave me the belt as a gift and hand delivered my dress to me the night before my wedding (since I had decided to have last minute alterations done). I was humbled by the exceptional level of customer service from the staff. David made me feel like I was his biggest priority and excelled at making my bridal dreams come true. Rosa is top notch with her alterations and my dress fit like a glove! She also added a corset to my reception dress, which I had purchased from another store, and it was stunning!
