A coworker recommended Koca and this is my first experience with a chiropractor. I have had an overall positive experience here, not only with Dr. Koca himself but several other staff members. I cannot match Dr. Koca's energy in the morning, but I appreciate it: I mainly see Dr. Koca but have also seen Dr. P, Dr. L, and Dr. F. Grace is my favorite to see in the morning, she is always so welcoming and kind. I also feel seen and heard by her. After about a month of adjustments, my back and neck have been feeling better each week. I appreciate the treatment I get each week and having less and less back pain each week to manage. The only feedback I have to give is that I am science-driven in my thinking, and I wish more information were provided for check-ups concerning treatment plans on this throughout my treatment. I understand that these practices come as natural though to most practitioners, and there is a lot of information given at the beginning of the treatment process. Still, more information throughout the treatment would be excellent and why decisions are made. Overall, wonderful first experience and I am happy that I can see the crew early in the morning before work to be adjusted!

From husband Rod: LIFE CHANGING!…read moreMy lifetime of chronic lower back pain morphed into the last 2 years of severe butt and leg sciatica pain, numbness, pins and needles, difficulty sitting and driving, and moreover, mental anguish making it difficult to work or concentrate. Several attempts with ortho physicians, sports therapy, physical therapy and exercise regimes failed to help at all. I was contemplating spine surgery, that even ortho physicians suggest to be the 'last resort'. My daughter, who is in the medical field, was adamant for me to exhaust all other avenues before attempting surgery. She researched and found Spinal Balance Health Center and asked if I would go in for a consultation. Dr. Drew is extremely educated in this field, explaining and showing us x-rays of my misaligned issues and how he could fix (with eagerness) my problem with spinal decompression along with spinal manipulation. It all made sense but I had to trust it could work. I committed to a 3-month treatment program and I follow his rules on what-to-do or not-to-do, exactly. It took 5 weeks for the first signs of improvement. By the 6th week, I was having frequent bouts of no-pain. By the 7th week, I was pretty much pain free! Sitting in his office 9 weeks ago, I was highly skeptical. Today, I am completely free of all the spinal pain I had, plus I am walking taller. If he says he can help you, trust it. I highly recommend him. I HAVE MY LIFE BACK! Thank you Dr. Drew, Rod

First, they have a whole onboarding program to do x-rays of your worst areas to make sure they adjust you correctly which is reviewed by all the doctors here before a plan is made, and then they do weekly adjustments to get everything set correctly before they slowly go down to bi-weekly and then monthly. Seriously, it's been such a different experience from any other chiropractor office and I love it. They've been so willing to fit me in any time or day when I have emergency back issues like when I throw out my back, and usually they can even get me in the day of which is amazing! Every single person at this chiropractic office (especially Doctor Young) is so friendly and honest and real, it's incredibly refreshing compared to any other doctor's office. And it's not like a fake friendly or anything, they always smile and say hi and even remember and greet me and my wife by name which is very much appreciated! They even have a little table for kids with a coloring area and tv so your kids can hangout in the lobby and color or watch a show while you get adjusted which is really nice and we take advantage of that every time to get a quick break from the kids while we get adjusted. We haven't taken advantage of the weight loss assistance option provided by Young Chiropractic, but my wife did do the therapeutic massage and said it was great. It was not as long as a normal massage and was more focused than just a general "relaxation" massage, but it was priced very reasonable for what was done and she appreciated it and said she'll do it again at some point. As for the e-stim I've done that every time I've gone and I can definitely tell a difference, it's totally worth it and I highly recommend doing that after you have an adjustment! One thing to add, I one had slight jaw pain where my jaw muscles were really tense and it hurt and they'd randomly lock up for a minute like a muscle spasm, and I told Doctor Young and he immediately went and got some tool and used it on my jaw several times on each side, and the pain immediately went away. Couldn't believe that was even possible, but I love that he's always there to help you with any pain or discomfort you have, it is so appreciated. Lastly, one thing I want to say is that many chiropractic offices and doctors will say or believe absolutely crazy things about what chiropractic adjustments can do, such as one we went to previously telling us that "getting our newborn son adjusted would help with him spitting up so much" (spoiler alert, it didn't at all and they charged us the full visit fee for his 15 second adjustment) or telling me that "all you need is to get adjusted and the muscles will fix themselves" (which is totally not true, getting adjusted does not replace still needing to stretch and be active and move around and not sit or sleep in odd positions) but this chiropractic office and Doctor Young especially do not make any ridiculous claims like that. Everything I've seen and heard from anyone at Young Chiropractic has always been absolutely reasonable and based on actual science and not just made up "adjustments will fix anything" like some offices will say just to get people to keep coming. I very much appreciate this honesty from Young Chiropractic, and it's one of the main reasons I love and trust this practice so much. Overall, I could not be happier with my experience at Young Chiropractic, and after almost 10+ years of seeing many different chiropractors who all didn't fix my back pain or told me it would fix things that it actually couldn't, I've finally found an office with honest and friendly staff, who give amazing care and are dedicated to making sure everyone who visits leaves feeling better and taken care of. I give Young Chiropractic an absolute 10/10, definitely recommend!
