While the concept itself is wonderful, the cleanliness of the facilities was concerning. There was feces in a trash can directly next to my float pod, visible buildup in the showers and float pods, and paint bubbling and flaking on the walls. These issues made it difficult to relax and raised serious questions about overall sanitation. Ultimately I was unable to complete my float due to being uncomfortable. I did communicate this experience with the staff, and they were apologetic and waived the cost of my visit, which I appreciated. I truly hope this serves as a wake-up call for deeper, more consistent cleaning and facility maintenance so the experience can better align with the "luxury" standard being advertised-- especially in a setting centered around wellness and relaxation.
