As we have a newer model with the cameras, they have the ability and technology to recalibrate the cameras so that they were in working order post-replacement. I was referred to this shop by someone on NextDoor who stated he used them frequently. They were very professional over the phone and gave me a reasonable estimate for a windshield replacement. I called on Wednesday and the installation was scheduled for the following Monday. I was offered a 8-12 or 12-4 timeframe for the technician to stop by. He arrived at 9:00 and let me know he had arrived. He offered to call in the payment or said I could so I did. He finished installing the windshield in about 45 minutes and let me know when he was done. I would go back to them for auto glass work anytime and highly recommend! read more

Gone through this company once before, no issues. Second time around- I will never recommend this company to anyone I care about. To start- my windshield gets replaced. Get into my car to realize I have no windshield wipers, the technician forgot to put them back on. Okay no big deal. He comes the next day to put my wipers back on and gives me crappy, broken, NOT MY ORIGINAL wiper blades. Whoever I was in contact with tells me I can go to Auto Zone or anywhere, get new wiper blades, have them put them on for me then get him the receipt so he can reimburse me. So not only did I pay to have these people come out to my job to replace my windshield because that was the most convenient for me, but now I have to go somewhere else, purchase new wiper blades, have someone else put them on for me then get you the receipt so you can reimburse me??? No. So a technician went and purchased new wiper blades and put them on, great. Now this is the FOURTH time I've had to have these people come out! My windshield was WHISTLING! Aka, improper installation. A second technician comes out, looks at the job and comments at how CRAPPY the installation was/looked. And is now replacing the windshield AGAIN. Not once was I offered a refund or any form of compensation, not once was an apology given (except from the second technician who came out because he knew i was frustrated), not once was something done or said showing that my business was valued or appreciated. $300 out of pocket for a piss poor job on everyone's end. Will not be using this company again and will be making sure to advise everyone else to stay away. read more

Complete Auto glass did a great job. They had the best price, their service was professional to include the service tech who called as he was delayed in making it on time. He had offered to either reschedule or come a few minutes later than scheduled. The windshield was installed a few weeks ago, there are no concerns with leakage or placement. read more

This company totally went against their word at the Grand Rapids location. They quoted me around $200 to replace my windshield but ended up charging me $490. They claimed that they had to use a different windshield then they originally quoted me but never let me know or that they were going to charge me over double. I have called them no less than 8 times over the last few months asking them to credit my account and got the run around over and over again. Finally I was told today that the owners wouldn't stand by their quote and wouldn't give me a refund or credit. totally unprofessional. A company should stand behind their word and this one does not. I wish I could give this company a ZERO!! I was set up to have my windshield replaced on Saturday between 8-10 am. When they hadn't shown by 10:20, I called and was told that he thought that I wanted to sleep in so he went to Chandler instead and that he could show up around 2 pm. When I called the person that scheduled me, he told me that he could come Sunday or Monday. DO NOT use this company, their customer service sucks!! read more
