While these sheets are soft, they are not breathable at all. If you get warm at night at all, you will not like these sheets. I tried to use them for 2 weeks, but I just couldn't take the heat anymore and had to get rid of them. What's worse is the customer service, which is completely inflexible. Comphy Sheets are a real disappointment. Comphy exclusively describes the sheets as "micro fiber". The sheets are 100% polyester. These sheets do not breathe very well, and any time I move the sheets make a crackling, irritating noise. But worst of all is the fit of the bottom sheet. Like so many others have experienced, these are the only sheets that I have owned in which the bottom "fitted" sheet really does not stay put on the mattress. The result is massive and uncomfortable wrinkles on the top of the sheet. Compared to most other online retailers, Comphy assess a rather exorbitant shipping charge. Moreover, they really do not have a return policy, since they insist that any returned item be unopened. For these reasons I do not recommend the purchase of Comphy sheets. I will now be donating a recently purchased Comphy sheet set to a local non-profit lodging organization. read more

I own a Bed & Breakfast and ordered pillows for three of our King sized beds. This company was recommended by Select Registry so I mistakenly assumed they were good. We put one set out for one night and asked guests for feedback. We put an assortment of pillows on each bed (1 Firm, 2 Medium and 1 Soft). We had difficulty telling them apart (only the label made them different, they felt exactly the same) and the guests told us the next morning that they had trouble breathing with the pillows because they flattened in the middle and the stuffing kept wrapping up around their faces. I reached out to Comphy and they are refusing to take any of the pillows back, even the ones that weren't put out on any beds. Thankfully we didn't order for all the queen beds also, but we are out of pocket almost $400 and have useless pillows. I will never buy pillows again without being able to feel them first, I don't care how reputable the recommendation was. Lesson learned. read more

I have to agree with all other customers that gave 1 star to this company, I will give -5 stars! the worse customer service ever! it has been 3 months and we are still dealing for an exchange. They are so unorganized, when you try to talk to "PAULA" who knows who she is --- she is always in meeting *nobody can help you and every time you try to call you have to explain your issue all over again to the receptionist which can NOT help you. What a joke!!!, for the price they charge, they should provide the best customer service. I will definitely report it to BBB so they can do something about it. I have purchased Comphy sheets for years after visiting a hotel/spa that introduced me to them almost a decade ago. I actually love the sheets (although I agree that the new weighted blanket does not offer the same quality and the cover is over-sized so the blanket slips to one side). Instead, I have found that the sheets have held up very well over the years even after weekly trips to the washer and dryer which appears contradictory to what others have experienced. That said, after having purchased over a dozen sets of sheets for my home and as gifts, I can no longer support the business or company. The complaints about customer service are understated. They do not seem to value their customers at all and I am reluctantly looking for an alternative brand. While they are not rude, their return policy is horrible and Kelly was wholly dismissive and completely indifferent to ensuring a good customer experience even for a long-standing and loyal repeat customer. The sheets my wife bought for her massage business appeared to be good quality, but they advertised that they would not stain over 300 washes and they missed it by 298. The massage oil (coconut oil) stained the sheets and washing does NOT remove them. Customer Service in dealing with honoring their warranty has been poor and evasive. With an honorable company, they just honor their warranty in the few times it's called for and they don't try to wiggle out of it by blaming the customer. I'm not impressed. read more

I manage a Bed & Breakfast and one of my guests raved about the sheets that she found at another B & B and told me to check them out. I did.....I ended up ordering a set to see how they did and was very impressed with the softness and wrinkle control, so I ordered 11 more sets. BIG MISTAKE!!!!!!!! These sheets stain with ANY lotion or oil, so I have 12 sets of wonderfully soft, king sheet sets - ALL with oil stains on them that I can't get out. When I orinially purchased these sheets, about a year ago, they had a disclaimer that the only stain that would not come out of the sheets was grapeseed oil. Well, I checked recently, and they have now added a few more types of oils to their list. These are not "cheap" sheets, so I am out a significant amount of money because I now have to go out and purchase new sheets. Sad that these sheets didn't hold up as they advertised orinigally. If you are buying these sheets for your home use, be aware that you shouldn't use any type of body lotion/oil before getting into bed. read more

I just got my king sheets from Comphy. I ordered the grey and they are a brownish green grey color, awful! I called customer service to just exchange for white. To exchange, I would have to pay to send back. And pay for shipping of new set. This is very disappointing especially because the color on website is not the same as the color of the sheets, the sheets are extremely heavy and so many online companies offer free returns. The women I spoke to at customer service wasn't helpful and she didn't seem to care that I wouldn't be a returning customer. I wish I would have read the review prior to ordering. Ordered sheets as we worked to furnish my father's room who recently moved in with us and needed surgery. Sheets were initially delayed due to weather (no issue there) then never arrived because they were delivered to the wrong address (fault of Comphy). Asked for a refund on overly expensive shipping which was obviously granted. Finally received order however issue just got worse... When I went to put the sheets on the bed they were marked full like we paid for but they were actually twin size sheets marked as full size. We were going to furnish all five rooms with Comphy but decided to work instead with a more professional, customer satisfaction-oriented supplier. They don't even offer discounts, like Black Friday specials. Out of professional integrity, I assumed they would offer a credit of some sort (at the very least, on a future purchase) when they messed up our very first order royally. Lauren offered nothing for sending us the wrong size sheets, mislabeled and late, late, late. She declined my husband's satisfaction with the pricey purchase. "It's the manufacturer's issue." She was incorrect. It was a personal issue and inconvenience for my family and I. Thanks but no thanks. Not worth the trouble working with Comphy (not what you purchased) Sheets. Sheets are wayyyy too big as others said. I have a Leesa mattress and they hang several inches on each side on the fitted sheets and down to the floor on the flat sheet. Even the pillow cases are too big! Material is wonderful and they launder nicely, just too big. Do not recommend. read more

I ordered the standard massage table fitted sheet and have been very pleased with them. Aside from the $18 cost to have them shipped to me, I was happy with the order. HOWEVER, I recently purchased the TERRY massage table fitted sheet and they were LITERALLY scratchy in one direction and even scratchier in the other direction. There is NO way any of my clients will want to lay on these sheets, let alone move on them.. So I wrote a review several weeks ago letting consumers know (which they have not posted..). I also contacted customer service. Their answer.. pay shipping back to us, 10% restocking charge, and then when you order the other standard sheets instead, pay shipping again. Ugh. TERRIBLE customer service. So.. in the end, because they are choosing not to disclose that their Terry sheets are rough and scratchy, Im out $65 in shipping and restocking fees. Thanks no thanks. These sheets are just the right size to fit my 11 inch mattress with a three inch mattress topper which is a total thickness of 14 inches. The sheets are so soft I don't want to get out of bed! My only criticism is that the sheets wrinkle easily. That's not a deal breaker though. They're great sheets. read more

I have been using Comphy sheets for about 8 years and they are AMAZING. I have had every size from twin, full, queen and now king and every time its like sleeping on a could :) They are so soft but still BREATHE which is huge for me because I am a hot sleeper. I have never had a problem with ordering online or receiving the incorrect sheets. Customer service is always really friendly and helpful :) I have bought numerous sets of sheets for friends and family over the years and they all love them and constantly ask where I've purchased them. I purchased these sheets through a B&B a few years ago after a two night stay there. It was January and the B&B was an old restored home so it was chilly. The sheets were so soft and comfortable. However, after getting our own set and sleeping on them at home I realized after several nights of warmer weather that these sheets are very HOT. They do not breathe at all and I finally gave them up after weeks of uncomfortable hot nights. I have learned my lesson about microfiber. No matter how soft they make them feel, microfiber sheets do not breathe and are VERY HOT! Comphy does not have any kind of decent return policy that I can see, and after spending 200.00 on sheets it was a very expensive lesson to learn. read more

Love these sheets! So soft. I like he extra room the fitted sheet has because I like to put a feather comforter under my sheets in the winter. This depth gives me the extra room needed for that. I fell in love with Comphy sheets at a California B&B. Upon my return home, I ordered two sets, one in full, the other in queen. I've had the sheets for over a year, and now have pilling on both sets. I don't wash or dry anything else with the sheets, so can rule that out. When cold weather came, I wore flannel pajamas a couple of times and now suspect that, or contact with a blanket, may be the cause of the pilling. It's uncomfortably rough now, though only in spots, so I have to take care to get my feet in just the right spot. I agree with a previous poster that the sheets are somewhat large, even for pillowtop mattresses. I've solved that by using slide-on sheet grips from BB&Beyond. I would probably buy the sheets again, and be more careful about anything that could cause pilling, but frankly, it happened so quickly, I'm not sure it can be avoided. A disappointing outcome to the most glorious sheets I've ever slept on. Good things must end. read more

We were thoroughly impressed with these sheets after sleeping on them at a B&B and immediately came home and purchased a full king size set for ourselves. I have not had any issues with the fitted sheet being too large for my mattress, but we do have a pillow top mattress so a deep sheet is what I usually have to buy to keep it from coming up all the time, so it works perfect for that. My issue is the fact that I put these brand new sheets on my bed and within DAYS started to notice pilling around the foot area of the sheet. I tried to chalk it up as just the sheets sort of wearing in and not stress too much about it, but then I started noticing it everywhere. Again - this is within the first 5-6 days of having these sheets! This is absolutely not the quality you should get when you pay over $150.00 for a sheet set! I've literally had better quality in those junk bed in a bag sets you get for your dorm room for $30 - and those include a comforter!!! Such an absolute letdown as these aren't even comfortable to sleep on anymore. Also, as for the stain resistant treatment they say they have on these sheets - it's a crock. I've had these sheets now for 5 months and they've been washed 2-3 times a month depending on how often I'm home (I go out of town frequently) and the area of the sheet up by the collar is yellowed and disgusting no matter how much cleaner or stain remover I use. These sheets are a total bust after 1 night. So yeah, if you're wealthy enough to replace them after every use, then I say go for it, otherwise your money is better spent elsewhere. read more

Couldn't say nicer things about Comphy and their irresistible sheets!! By far the most comfortable sheets I've ever slept on and I've slept on some comfy sheets for many years while travelling and staying in 5 star hotels for work. My sleep pattern has improved dramatically because of the softness of the sheets. My wife and I have made a point now that which ever hotel we are in, we always bring our own pair of Comphy sheets with us because we can never go back to any ordinary bed sheets.
