Went there today to have him check my tires since I was on the fence about having a new set installed on my 2013 Electra Glide. Two months later, I got on the bike and the kickstand fell off, causing very minor damage. The bolt was not secured properly, and the kickstand itself was perfectly fine and intact--the problem was their installation. I called the service manager, Will, and he told me I could get the bike towed and that he would find prices for me to replace everything. I explained that the issue was not a failed part, but that it had not been put on correctly. I wasn't satisfied that the discussion would lead to a resolution , so I called the owner and explained what happened. The owner asked for pictures, sent me a text message telling me where to send them, and said they would follow up. Instead, I got a phone call from Will threatening me and saying I had gone behind his back. He told me it was a used part, not to come to his department anymore, that they were not servicing my bike, and that if I came there they would have me arrested. When I asked to speak to the owner, he said the owner did not want to talk to me and that he was talking to me instead. I only wanted the stand fixed so I could ride my bike, but instead I was met with hostility, threats, and refusal to take responsibility. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere.

I looked to see what they meant and sure enough it sits low. There was oil on my plug that i wiped off to see if it reappeared later. In the meantime i ordered a low profile plug. When it came I did an oil change. The plug on the bike was barely finger tight which explains the oil on the plug. Put the new plug in and torqued it and one week later no oil anywhere. Yesterday I decided to order a k&n air filter and I discovered no gasket on the airbox door which may or may not be a big deal but what is a big deal is I've only had this bike a few months and have not gone off road at all. Look at the air filter that was on the bike Ah the joy of crooked dealers.

I recently had an amazing experience at Motoplex Fairfield! The experience was unlike any other I…read morehave ever had anywhere. I had an interest in a Moto Guzzi and called the dealership for some information about one particular model. I had the pleasure of speaking with the manager Scott, who answered all of my questions and invited me to come up to Connecticut to see the motorcycle and the dealership. So I made the 2 hour drive up from New Jersey and I am so glad that I did! I first noticed how the dealership was buzzing with activity. I then noticed a brand new enclosed van (looked like maybe a Sprinter) with a ramp on the back for transport of motorcycles and scooters. Next I noticed what a beautiful facility Motoplex Fairfield has. It is brand new and stunning! When I entered I was warmly welcomed by both Scott and the owner Ryan. They are both clearly very proud of Motoplex Fairfield. I had a lot of questions about the dealership and about the brand and Ryan took the time to give me his personal history and the history of the dealership. He patiently listened to my questions and answered all of them. Then Ryan gave me a grand tour of the fantastic facility, including the pristine service area (that was undergoing expansion-a really good sign) and an introduction to the service staff. The Motoplex Fairfield service facility is state-of-the-art. It is a cliche, but you could eat off the floor. The shop reminded me of the immaculate facilities in the restricted access "back room" at Luigi Chinetti Ferrari in Greenwich Connecticut (I had the opportunity for a personal tour on a Sunday when the dealership was closed, circa 1970) that housed the Ferrari NART endurance racing cars. Then Scott spent about two hours showing me all of the features of the Moto-Guzzi. He spent a lot of time going over the specifics of a purchase and then the myriad of reasons why to make a purchase from Motoplex Fairfield. Too many to list, but I left in a euphoric state. The advantages were truly unbelievable (even a Metro North train station a few blocks away and a custom upholstery shop for seat modifications in the same block, etc.). Scott and Ryan are not only very knowledgeable about their brands but also truly wonderful human beings. If you want to find out about the dealer for yourself, I highly recommend a visit to Motoplex Fairfield!

The car was in excellent condition & had been dealer maintained with only one owner. Great find ! I called & spoke with Brian & later Joe. This past Friday, I decided to go there & check it out. I test drove the car, it ran well, no major problems. The vehicle's condition was as advertised. The staff & owner were very pleasant & easy to deal with. They have some beautiful cars in their showroom. They also have motorcycles, including a very nice Harley (black with silver chrome) in the garage. Saw many different makes of car, ranging from affordable daily drivers to Porsche 911's. Nice selection but not snobbish at all. They were very helpful in terms of making the purchase easy, if I decide to buy the car (still considering it). While I was waiting for the Car Fax report, another customer called in looking for a sports car. I got the impression that he was a longtime customer. They chatted like they were friends. Very laid back & pleasant experience.

We were were kind of cautious about buying a used car as we usually buy new cars and were wary of what we would find in the used market. Unlike some other used car dealers, Village does not have "phantom" vehicles on its website that "were just sold" or a high pressure "make a deposit now!" Approach. All their cars are dealer trade ins and everything he told me about the vehicle checked out. He also went the extra mile to prep the car ahead of schedule for our pick up. Additionally, he noticed the emissions were coming up for inspection and had them done for us while our dog accompanied him! Quality, upfront, personable and I would definitely do business with Joe again!

I would say we were devastated, however the response from Chris and Al at DTMoto was so swift and so huge that we didn't have time to be. In less than 24hrs, Chris pulled some strings with a dealership and replaced the motorcycle (which was a used 2017 model) with a brand new 2025. We were absolutely shocked! We couldn't believe anyone who had been the direct victim of a crime could and would turn around so quickly to replace this motorcycle and then go above and beyond with a brand new one. My son, who is 10yrs old, was deeply impressed by this gesture and to this day keeps repeating something he heard Chris say: "dad, he said kids go first". Chris had several calls to make that day, hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of motorcycles to think about, but he spent his first 24hrs thinking about my son. I will never forget this significant act of generosity, and I will continue to share the story to anyone who will listen. So, if you came here looking for a review about DT Moto, just know that these guys are the most honest, hard working and real people in the business. You can trust them with your motorcycles, they will not waste your time, they will not lie to you. They are straight shooters. Needless to say we will never go anywhere else for our motorcycle service needs. Thank you DTMoto, thank you Chris and Al. My wife brought her BMW 750GS in for what she thought would be a routine annual service and ended up with a $763 bill that included work that appeared unnecessary, including spark plug replacement.
