My wife brought her BMW 750GS in for what she thought would be a routine annual service and ended up with a $763 bill that included work that appeared unnecessary, including spark plug replacement. What really frustrates me is that less than three months and fewer than 1,000 miles later, the chain is heavily rusted. Chain inspection and maintenance were listed on the invoice, yet the condition of the chain makes me question whether that work was actually performed. Expensive service is one thing. Paying premium prices and then having doubts about the quality of the work is another. I won't be returning as Dwain rudely suggested at the time..

Both were very straightforward and really nice to work with. the mechanic that worked on my bike (I believe Jim) was superb and even pointed out my Denali lights were slightly tilted up and adjusted them for me with a T square. Great guys. I was there for a quick oil change but first impressions are everything. Super clean shop and fair prices. I will be back for brakes and more routine service and such.

Specifically if the rear-facing radar system could be added as an accessory. Other dealers told me that it was not possible. Mr. Hamlin told me that yes, it should be possible but he would confirm with Moto Guzzi and get back to me. Indeed, Mr. Hamlin called me a few days later and told me that he was correct and that indeed the radar system (blind spot warning and lane change assist) could be added to the model in which I had an interest. Not every dealer would go above and beyond like Mr. Hamlin.

The car was in excellent condition & had been dealer maintained with only one owner. Great find ! I called & spoke with Brian & later Joe. This past Friday, I decided to go there & check it out. I test drove the car, it ran well, no major problems. The vehicle's condition was as advertised. The staff & owner were very pleasant & easy to deal with. They have some beautiful cars in their showroom. They also have motorcycles, including a very nice Harley (black with silver chrome) in the garage. Saw many different makes of car, ranging from affordable daily drivers to Porsche 911's. Nice selection but not snobbish at all. They were very helpful in terms of making the purchase easy, if I decide to buy the car (still considering it). While I was waiting for the Car Fax report, another customer called in looking for a sports car. I got the impression that he was a longtime customer. They chatted like they were friends. We were were kind of cautious about buying a used car as we usually buy new cars and were wary of what we would find in the used market. Unlike some other used car dealers, Village does not have "phantom" vehicles on its website that "were just sold" or a high pressure "make a deposit now!" Approach. All their cars are dealer trade ins and everything he told me about the vehicle checked out. He also went the extra mile to prep the car ahead of schedule for our pick up. Additionally, he noticed the emissions were coming up for inspection and had them done for us while our dog accompanied him! Quality, upfront, personable and I would definitely do business with Joe again!

Love the fact that I can drop off the car in the early morning and chat with staff while the car is repaired. The waiting room is clean and quiet. Plus no upselling or grief when I need to do a repair in stages. Instead, Brian offers common sense solutions and great alternatives to solve an issue. Brian is pleasure to work with and patient with my less than knowlegeable questions :-) He walks you through the whole repair if you have questions. After another local repair shop failed twice to complete repairs without breaking other systems and costing me more money, I went looking for a better place. This is it! So nice to be able to trust a mechanic to do a great job! I read over some of the other reviews and the "one stars" are totally out of character for Brian and I suspect they are bogus. Another great experience I had with Hansen Auto Body & Automotive was when I recently needed the exhaust system repaired. I have been a customer here for a couple years and have had good service. But I brought my truck…read morein last week for brakes, rotors, and tires. After picking up the truck I noticed that two of the wheels were damaged. I was disappointed they didn't notify me of this when I picked up the truck but oh well. Brought it back the next day and after the guy at the counter and the mechanic that installed the tires denied responsibility, the owner came out and agreed to refinish both wheels. I picked it up today and the finish on the repaired wheels clearly does not match the other two. The owner again came out with me, looked at the tires, and agreed that they do not match, but was unwilling to spend more of his money to make it right. So after spending $2400 I am left with a truck that has mismatched wheels. I am disappointed and will not be back.

I cannot say enough about Chris and Al. These are men of absolute and utmost integrity. A couple of…read moremonths ago, their garage was burglarized and among the motorcycles that were stolen was my sons 2017 110cc KLX. I would say we were devastated, however the response from Chris and Al at DTMoto was so swift and so huge that we didn't have time to be. In less than 24hrs, Chris pulled some strings with a dealership and replaced the motorcycle (which was a used 2017 model) with a brand new 2025. We were absolutely shocked! We couldn't believe anyone who had been the direct victim of a crime could and would turn around so quickly to replace this motorcycle and then go above and beyond with a brand new one. My son, who is 10yrs old, was deeply impressed by this gesture and to this day keeps repeating something he heard Chris say: "dad, he said kids go first". Chris had several calls to make that day, hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of motorcycles to think about, but he spent his first 24hrs thinking about my son. I will never forget this significant act of generosity, and I will continue to share the story to anyone who will listen. So, if you came here looking for a review about DT Moto, just know that these guys are the most honest, hard working and real people in the business. You can trust them with your motorcycles, they will not waste your time, they will not lie to you. They are straight shooters.
