I paid for both of our services and exited the building. As I'm entering my car, this man runs up accusing me of not paying for my daughter. I told him I did and had the receipt. He insisted I return to the store. After reviewing the receipt and having the tech confirm, he told me the tech failed to properly enter the sale in their system. This man accused me of stealing, had me parade back in the store and he didn't have the decency to apologize at the least. That was enough for me to realize this business did not value me as customer, but, only valued my dollar.

The last two times I've been (once in December, once this week) have been terrible. I don't know the name of the lady who did my nails those times but she did not do a good job. She is not gentle, caused me to bleed on EVERY SINGLE FINGER (see attached photos), the gel is thick and lumpy, and she doesn't talk to me or offer me a drink or anything as the other reviews describe. Another weird thing is when the younger girl did my nails, it was always $40 even for dip. But somehow when this other lady does it , it's $47? Even on my natural nails? I don't understand the cost difference. It's just this one lady, if I knew her name I would put it in the review. Unfortunately won't be coming back here :(

The salon initially informed her that they couldn't provide the service due to the risk of spreading infections, which is in line with licensing and regulations. However, against their own advice, they ended up proceeding with the pedicure anyways. This negligence not only puts the girl at risk but also creates a potential health hazard for others.
