I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to the team at Compassionate Home Care for the exceptional care they provided to my mom, Janet. From the very beginning, their staff showed genuine kindness, patience, and professionalism. They treated my mom with dignity and respect, always making sure she was comfortable and well cared for. It gave our family great peace of mind knowing she was in such capable and compassionate hands. The caregivers went above and beyond, not just meeting her needs but truly connecting with her on a personal level. Thank you for the outstanding service and for making such a positive difference in my mom's life. I highly recommend Compassionate Home Care to anyone looking for dependable and heartfelt care for their loved ones. read more

From the initial intake on day one, until he died eight days later, Stillwater was horrible. My brother fell and EMTs had to be called and there was no followup from Stillwater to see if he was ok and if the family needed help or had questions. A nurse who came on day 2 never checked on him for five days until her next visit and was "really surprised" at how he had deteriorated. Then the intense pain began and for 41 hours it was horrific. I can never unhear his screams. Calling Stillwater at 4 am because the pain meds were running out, calling back and demanding that someone come help us and they show up hours later. Again, no followup until he died the next morning. I am writing this because I hope no one else suffers with Stillwater Hospice the way that my family did due to their incompetence and lack of care.
