She took my information and immediately asked me if I wanted a water or a coffee while I waited. This was unexpected. After a few minutes, I was greeted by Ms. Frienty Ko, the accountant. I had a few questions, and Ms. Ko answered them all concisely and was very informative. I had to have both my 2021 and 2022 taxes done, as I had recently moved to Alberta in 2021.
