My condition is simple, any honest professional accountant shouldn't earn my money from UHT, because I'm not even qualified for filing it. And what ARC advised me is same with the answer I got from CRA agent. If I have any other tax filing issue from Canada, ARC will be my first choice with no doubt!

I have paid, on average, $110 per year and my taxes were done on the same day (since it literally would take them 10 minutes). This year, I reached out to them to set up an appointment, and not only do they no longer do same-day service (thereby inconveniencing the client who then has to drive out to their remote location twice) but they more than doubled their charges for basic personal taxes to $250. Unjustifiable, and not client focused. Will not be giving them my business going forward.
