This has been the worst accounting services I have ever received. Took on more than they could chew…read moreand then missed my tax deadlines. I ended up paying fines. The team is so poor in communication and has little to no knowledge. I would request anyone to be careful when you choose them. I was lucky I caught up to the delays or I would be in more trouble. This is an important service and untrustworthy professionals make the entire experience more stressful. I am looking into filing an official complaint because this is unacceptable.

My condition is simple, any honest professional accountant shouldn't earn my money from UHT, because I'm not even qualified for filing it. And what ARC advised me is same with the answer I got from CRA agent. If I have any other tax filing issue from Canada, ARC will be my first choice with no doubt!
