When I took out the policy with a death benefit of $75,000 I was told that it had a fixed premium and benefit and would grow annually and would increase the payout upon death. Several years ago I took out a loan against the cash surrender value.This loan was borrowing my own funds and despite this, I have to pay interest to borrow my own funds. . The loan is deducted from my face amount of insurance and also from the gross alleged cash value. Although the gross cash value grows every year, the face value also decreases. The gross value is not mine despite the impression that this would be added to any amount payable upon my death (minus outstanding loan)-it would not. The only way I could get the cash surrender value out of the policy would be to totally collapse the policy and have no insurance. I feel that the public should be aware of this very confusing problem.

He has a true understanding and appreciation for how frustrating, difficult and sometimes even frightening the experience can be for victims of an insurance claim. He's terrific at working with contractors assigned to the claims often having established great relationships with them leaving them to trust that they have his support in getting the work completed well and in a timely fashion. For us property managers having Jeff oversee our claims means knowing our clients are well cared for and even the minute details are taken care of.
