They really genuinely care, and genuinely want to empower women. This includes long after the child is born. Don't believe the hype, these are some good folks doing very good things. When I was young I lived an absolute poverty, and one of the few reasons we got by with places like this. The Clinical Team: Exceptional Care…read more I cannot say enough wonderful things about the medical staff here. The nurse, the NP, and Dr. Drollinger himself were all absolutely amazing. They were professional, attentive, and made me feel completely comfortable and heard throughout my visit. It is clear that Dr. Drollinger is a highly skilled physician who genuinely cares for his patients. The Front Desk: A Major Disappointment Unfortunately, the clinical excellence was completely overshadowed by the experience at the front desk. The two receptionists were extremely rude and unprofessional. When I asked basic questions, I was met with eye-rolling and smirking rather than helpful answers. Final Verdict It is truly a shame because the medical care is top-tier, but the environment created by the front desk staff is so unwelcoming that I will not be returning. First impressions and office culture matter, and poor office staff will unfortunately drive patients away from even the best doctors.

am very disappointed with our experience at Children's Hospital in Liberty Township. We arrived…read morearound 11:00 PM on Saturday because my daughter was having an asthma attack and was struggling to breathe. We were checked in quickly around 11:15 PM, but then we waited in the waiting room until 3:00 AM before being called back. Even after that, we did not see a doctor until around 6:00 AM, and my daughter's asthma was getting worse while we waited. I want to be clear that the nurses and receptionists were wonderful. They were kind and helpful, and I appreciate their work. However, I was told there was only one doctor covering the entire emergency room. When I asked about the delay, I was told there were many sick children and that younger children, including babies, needed to be seen first. I understand that babies and other children can have serious emergencies, and I am not questioning that. My concern is that there should be enough doctors available to safely care for all the children who come in needing emergency treatment. When a child is struggling to breathe, waiting for hours to see a doctor is frightening and unacceptable. We also could not easily go to another hospital because the nearest alternative was about 20 miles away. I am grateful to the nurses and receptionists, but the lack of adequate medical staffing and the long wait have left me deeply disappointed. No parent should have to sit for hours worrying about their child's breathing while waiting for medical attention. I hope hospital management takes this seriously and makes the necessary changes to ensure children receive timely emergency care.
