Our provider was a now show, and, after 30 minutes, we called, only to get an answering machine. They returned that call more than 3 hours later. Luckily, we were able to find an alternate caregiver, a family friend, to come help. My mother, 91 years old with dementia, was in bed almost 2 hours later than normal, soaking wet. My wife kept trying to call, and, finally talked to the owner. His solution, especially after already having someone on the way, was unacceptable. There is no excuse for not following your own call in procedure that you sell yourself on. This company cannot be trusted to care for the elderly.

The way he talked to me makes me fear for the next individuals that choose to use his practice not knowing what's beneath the surface with him and his staff.
