My primary care provider was a nurse practitioner on site. I'd had good experiences with NPs in…read morethe past but this was a bad experience. One of the two worst I've had before. My NP was cool to start. Sadly as time went on things went downhill. First off she wasn't responsive to my concerns. She either ignored my questions or responded negatively like I don't know my body and my past history. She often talked down to me. And she ordered that a medication of mine be dropped BY HALF for a small deviation on a test. I expressed concern since things went to hell when I was on that dose years ago. She called me noncompliant or some such for asking for a smaller but reasonable drop. Both my new pcp and endocrinologist thought she was nuts. November 2025 I had enough. I tried switching to the doctor in the practice. Denied. Called other doctors in the same system denied. I then called the office manager back and advised that I would be transferring to another network for primary care due to I no longer had faith in my then PCP. Later on I schedule an appointment with my ortho specialist in the same network. They cancelled it because the old pcp office apparently discharged me or blacklisted me from the whole freakin Carondelet network simply because of one nurse practitioner. Never again. I hate the necessity since I hear Doctor Cornelius is chill but I never found out since he refused to see me too likely due to the NP. With my personal experiences I'd do zero if not negative stars.

Referred to this cardiology from my pcp with the info that I have a congenital heart defect…read more Provider was over 30 minutes late to the appointment and when he came in he confirmed that I had the diagnosis listed then proceeded to tell me that I would be better off seeing someone at Banner. Fine, I was happy to agree to this plan. Until I was billed over $300 for the provider to tell me that he was not who I should see. This should have been a phone call prior to the appointment. I have attempted to contest this that this appointment should have been a no charge but since he "advised me" I am now liable for the bill. But it's not about the money.

From my experience and opinion, I would recommend Avoiding Amy Dushinski…read more We chose Entune because they advertised themselves as LGBTQ-friendly, but our experience was anything but. Our interaction with Amy Dushinski, the nurse practitioner and their highest-level provider, was deeply unsettling. It appeared her eyes were dilated, and she seemed paranoid, agitated, and defensive--behavior that made us question whether she was in the right frame of mind to help others. Amy couldn't explain why I was being denied services. She denied that they offer LGBTQ care, even though it is explicitly stated in their brochure. I apologized to my partner for taking off work and wasting their time, because we have to take off a lot of days off for doctors appointments due to disability. Amy became hostile, inserting herself into our conversation. She even threatened to withhold my medication if I kept advocating for myself. When I asked Amy for her business card, she got really aggravated and upset. I wanted to file a complaint against her. When I called a week later to file a complaint, the receptionist shockingly redirected me to Amy, who immediately hung up on me. This clinic is neither LGBTQ-friendly nor professional. Their highest-level provider is a nurse practitioner (Amy), not a psychiatrist or psychologist. Doctors with advanced degrees have far more education, training, and expertise to address mental health needs. Avoid this clinic at all costs.

Hubby broke his hip and rehabbed at SCR. They provided 3 meals a day, physical therapy, a shower…read moresporadically and positive energy. Oh and I asked for a broom so I can clean a lil mess, within 5 min. a lady came and cleaned the mess for me (that was niiice). There's nothing to complain about on this facility. Hubby wasn't ready to be discharged, though his healing progressed ... I don't think I'd want to leave either with all the catering, an employee surprised my hubs with a root beer float, he hasn't seen one in decades

I was sent here for rehab after breaking both of my legs in a fall while on the job. I had heard…read morethe horror stories about this place, both in reviews and direct from previous patients, but it was the only facility my employer's insurance would pay for. The doctors here disregarded my prescriptions from my surgeon, deciding they could alter them without examining or speaking to me. As a result, my pain, which had previously been managed effectively, exploded. Rather than keeping me on a set schedule and receiving my three different pain medications simultaneously, they arbitrarily decided that I have to explicitly ask for each of them separately, at least an hour apart. They also lowered the dosages while increasing the frequency. This is especially problematic overnight, as I don't want to set alarms that will wake my roommate 5-6 times throughout the night, so I have to rely on my pain to wake me, which means I end up waiting too long between doses, which makes the medication less effective at controlling it. The nursing staff is rude and argumentative. They gave me a wheelchair that was cobbled together out of parts that don't fit or lock in place properly, and the thermostat is set to 78 degrees. The splints wrapping the lower halves of my legs were already causing me to be warm in the typically cold hospital. Here I'm sweating my balls off, but I'm somehow still supposed to keep my splints clean and dry? Don't go here if you have any other choice. EDIT: Every nurse here has a different set of rules as to what medications I'm allowed to take, and when. Every time there's a shift change, the new nurse tells me they can't do what the last shift insisted was how I had to do it. One nurse says none can be taken together, and there must be at least an hour between different meds. One says two can be taken together, and there must be at least two hours between doses in the rotation. One says I'm only allowed one of them every four hours. Nobody knows wtf is going on.
