I dont…read moreknow what you expect. 110% hahahaha.... so have you responded to the boards letter yet... 110% lol more like -110%. When i cant bill my insurance bc you created fraud with your former employer its hard to trust providers such as yourself when bcbs wont even accept you. Hopefully you will take one good look at yourself, respond to your osteopathic board and take responsibility for your actions, but i doubt it. Stay far away from this office and his tacky policies. Bait and switch, wife and doctor anf bringing in babies. How professional Terrible office and staff. Left me and my husband without an appointment after we showed up due to a change in their policies. This is a money driven office and will cancel your appointment and not tell you about any changes or copay until after you show up and waste your time. His wife is his manager and scheduler and is very inconsistent she can't even remember how much my co-pay is or how to schedule her appointments half the time. And the receptionist that's been seeing you month after month for about six months will act like she doesn't even know whats going on when she's the one that collected every appointment. I guess it's time for a complaint with the Arizona board. heidi their nurse just informed me that they dont have access to my transaction records and cant release my records without additional information when its their system. Lol. Hav

There are both good and bad medical professionals at this facility. The key is to find a decent…read morecase manager who will find you a good PCP. That helped me a lot. I had some decent therapists. Until I decided to accept a therapist who was conservative. This woman not only told me to "pull myself up by my bootstraps" (I can get that kind of opinion out there in the real world). It does not help people, IMO. This same therapist also convinced me to participate in her group therapy. Well, it turns out, that the therapists were offered a $1,000 per month bonus from Bayless if they had so many billable hours. Boy, did I feel like a number in her $12,000 per year bonus. How do I know this? The therapist told us in the group therapy! She thought an awful lot of herself. How do I know this? She told us! Also, when I was designated SMI, Bayless dropped me. This Integrated Clinic does not accept SMI patients. Doesn't the whole idea of integrated care, include mental health?

I would like to recognize Mark's credibility and professionalism at Bayless…read more He is the one who recognized my TBI instantaneously. I recall looking at him like he is a medical genius. TBI patients tend to downplay symptoms due to previous trauma. If you have a TBI history, or PTSD, amongst other issues, please do not hesitate to book an appointment with him - Mark can help you. With brain trauma, arriving to appointments prepared, retaining the information without an interpreter, and comprehending what they are trying to explain to me in live time is difficult. I struggle daily as to why my progress in the health field takes longer. His extensive medical experience in the trauma field and mental health background outshines providers who may be unfamiliar with TBIs. Although they may appear "invisible," the impact on a patient can go unnoticed. I feel Mark Williams deserves acknowledgment that treating a TBI patient takes hands-on experience and expertise, patience, and dedication which he holds. Thank you so much!:)

I had the police take my youngest because of a behavior issue and was there for hours. But that's another story , and the reason I didn't want to take the older sister however I needed help with her. She was taken from school by a crisis team, and they stated it would be faster if they took her but NOPE it was not. 9 hours later they kept her, I left and when I came back I finally spoke with someone via phone due to staff not letting provider know that I was in the lobby. Anyway I let the provider know what was happening and that she needed a med wash because her meds were not working which my daughter told the crisis team. So I got a small list of facilities and started calling ( all denials). Then I got a call stating they had re evaluated her and was going to discharge her, not med wash nothing. I go and get her and instead of letting her change into the clothes she had on she was brought out in scrubs. Same pads I gave her were still in the bag. Was told that they don't have panties for the girls to change daily... so I'm guessing they let them shower and put on the same nasty undies they came in and been wearing if they were there for days waiting on a facility to approve them. UNBELIEVABLE Not to mention the bathroom in the waiting room..
