I have been incredibly patient but after 3 weeks I was following up and calling weekly if not more with little to no progress. I've had to do all the legwork in terms of communicating between my insurance and this office, as it seems they do not look at the faxes they receive. Phones are rarely answered, and voicemails are not listened to/returned even though their message says 'within 24 hours'. My PCP Tanya is lovely, and I understand the staff is busy, but nearly 2 months is a ridiculous amount of time to wait on a simple prescription. We were supposed to follow up in 3 months to see how the meds were working for me, but seeing as I have not even gotten the meds I was supposed to be on, I will be finding a new primary care practice.

I guess their practice is really growing by leaps and bounds, which is actually a beautiful thing so if I have to wait for a couple minutes, I don't mind but so far it has never run over just a couple minutes past my appointment, which is really impressive. I would recommend this practice to anyone, especially their knowledge and their ability to look past one specific complaint and try to find the cause that's what's important to me having so many chronic conditions and they're connecting the dots while they're working with my other physicians as they are Internist, nephrologist and hormone specialist... so much more.. I review everything. Including... walk-in doctor's offices. So, I'm a One Medical user, and I've used it for about six months. This is my home location, and I'm definitely a fan. One of the main things I like about it is how you can get labs done by just walking in anytime. You don't need an appointment. You just walk in and wait. If there's a line, they can give you a time to come back. Or, if there's no line, you can just sit in the waiting room. It's very nice to have a lab on site, and you don't have to deal with the whole Sonora Quest adventure that a lot of us Arizonans deal with. I've seen two nurse practitioners there. Both of them were helpful. And not only did they show good bedside manner--if I'm able to use that term, despite not actually being in a hospital bed--but they also were quick to respond to my messages on the app. The service here is painless. No pun intended. It's easy to make an appointment. Their app is very well-designed. And this location is clean and friendly. I would recommend One Medical if you're looking for a simple primary care experience.

The medical staff is caring and amazing, they have a lab in office. The biggest thing is they respect your time. You don't wait in the waiting room long your provider comes to get you not a med tech and you can pick your apt time 15 min 30 etc. There is an annual membership fee but you get a discount if you have Amazon Prime. My dad is 78 years old and has had many health issues and they've taken care of him wonderfully and my 24yo son is also a patient there. We are very happy with their care for us all.

I've been on the same medication for close to 20 years now and when calling to see if they can push my refill a little quicker (never usually a big deal, and considering they never bothered to call me OR the pharmacy to let either of us know the refill wouldn't be refilled you'd figure it would be the decent thing to do) they claimed to "not have any record of me visiting the office" even though i JUST spent THOUSANDS of dollars at their office at the end of 2018 going through numerous batteries of tests for an abnormal EKG. Save yourself time, and stay FAAAAAR away from this absolutely pathetic excuse of an office.
