You must kiss the ass of the selfish pool piranha and follow it around, back and forth like a good little obedient fan. No respect for others! You can't enjoy the therapy pool alone because the pool piranha lacks attention and needs your constant validation. Then there's the employee with the strawberry blonde brush haircut that hates everyone including itself. Mean, belligerent and can easily grimace, flip you the finger or tell you to SHUT UP! Excuse me....Is one of it's tired, dated lines. When management lacks the balls to use their authority properly, you end up with sacred cow staff members, laziness and a few angered members calling the shots over the majority. They told me it would take 10-15 minutes and left 45 minutes later. Morons work the front desk and that says something about the office!
