Took my mother here to see NP Alicia Green, under Dr. Do. Though I didn't have any negative…read moreencounter with the actual doctors, they seem to know what they're doing. The issue is that because they have so many patients, they rush you in and out. They are no help when it comes to paperwork like FMLA. My family and I are going through such a difficult time adapting to my mother's new diagnosis. The staff was rude, not understanding, and short tempered when you ask one too many questions. This includes their manager Jodee. She didn't like my tone when I kept asking to give me a reason as to why they won't sign the FMLA. From "doctor just doesn't do it," to, "it's in her policy ," but they can't show me any written form. From being told that I shouldn't tell the doctor how to do her job, to having to find a new Neurologist after the patient advocate told me they don't like doing paperwork, they just want to get patients in and out. How are you supposed to trust an office like that? I found her a different neurologist, but of course doctors have a long wait, so it's delayed her care some. Now, I have been waiting for them to send a referral over to a different hospital for my mother's Neuro-psych appointment since they last saw her, and it's been over one month they told me they would do it only for the other hospital to tell me they never sent anything. When I called this Neuro Clinic I asked why it hasn't been sent over and they dismissed me with a ,"All I can do is send it," but I've received another call from Neuro-psych telling me they still haven't received anything. I left Alicia Green staff a voicemail asking for an update and it's been 2 business days and still no response. They are delaying her care immensely, and they don't seem to care because she's just another random patient to them. This is my mother, I don't care how annoying they find me, but I will make sure she is taken care of. Could you imagine the terrible care they would give if I wasn't there advocating for her? Terrible.

secretary aka angelique is extremely rude especially after i told her about my tumor she acted like…read moreshe was the doctor and tried to give medical advice over the phone. then before i was able to finish my sentence she did the old "have a nice day" click and hung up. i called her back to tell her she hung up on me and she tried to gas light me.there is a special place in hell for people like her who treat people with tumors like a inconvenience. not to mention, I already answered her questions two days ago and she called me back to ask the same questions and I gave her the same answer so I don't know what's going on with this office or if I'm gonna be able to even be seen because the secretary acts like the gatekeeper for this business even after my primary care sent the referral already and is in network with the northwest family. just plain disgusting behavior.

He explained the recovery in the office when he set up my therapy. After therapy we went over before and after imaging with more explanation. Very personable doctor, has a good sense of humor.......I had him laughing multiple time. I would recommend him to any one requiring neck surgery.

I try to utilize the very latest technology and techniques - but that are well-established and proven by good scientific studies! - to treat these problems 2.) complex spine pathology: spinal tumors, scoliosis and spinal trauma, and sagittal balance problems. Generally, these problems require a more complicated and creative solution to achieve good results 3.) functional pain surgery: sometimes, you cannot safely or reasonably fix the problem facing the patient. Or the patient may have some underlying nerve damage (CRPS, for example) that does not correct with surgery. Spinal cord stimulators (SCS) can be of great help to these patients. 4.) minimally invasive surgery: using advanced retractors, endoscopic and microscopic techniques to alleviate a patient's pain can lead a quicker recovery 5.) brain tumors: such as pituitary tumors, or tumors compressing or invading the brain. Surgery can often help to diagnose and treat these tumors
