They don't take anyone without insurance. So it's not a community service, same old money eating medical service.

DO NOT CHOOSE MOLINA Honestly, I wish I could give them a -100 I created this for Molina Healthcare…read more/ insurance, the fact that nobody has rated them anything but one star should say it all. For health insurance they have made it impossible for me to go anywhere. I was in the hospital for coming across a substance that then put me in the hospital in the paperwork. It literally says poisoning.. however, Molina decided I was an addict and took it upon themselves to call every medical provider I have seen since to tell them I am an addict and restricted me to Pharmacy and a provider that will not see me due to them contacting them saying just that. I have paid out-of-pocket for all visits and medication since getting on this god-awful insurance, totaling well over $3000 my wife and I added it out just the other day t not only have they made it incredibly hard to even find healthcare ANYWHERE . they contact any other doctors I go to let them know. I am a huge addict. Ohh and any pharmacy I go to for medicine. It's has become their duty to make sure that they know that they shouldn't fill my medication i have used them once and regretted it since. Please, for your sake if you have a choice in healthcare do not pick them. if you have to be very careful has anybody else had this experience? This is completely new to me. I'm just curious.

I will get rid of it at first opportunity. To Molina the sick patient is there to be fleeced for the profit of its shareholders first and foremost. On top of all that they are using customer service centers outside US. That is if you can get through on the phone at all. Listed as a Fortune 500 company. To me is a Misfortune 500 company. Government should not let private shareholder companies to dictate terms for medical care if they are collecting a steep premiums every month from us the tax payers.

Very nice complex with plenty of parking. Social distancing was enforced with mandatory masks, and…read morehand sanitizer. Temperatures were taken upon entry to the building. There is a separate open section area for people to wait that are actually sick. You do have to walk past this open air area to get to the area where the exam rooms are. There is a pharmacy onsite if you need to get a prescription filled. Staff was pretty friendly, and helpful upon initial intake. The Dr however didn't have the best bedside manner, and was hard to understand. Communication for this Dr (through their website) was not very good. The Dr answered my questions with short answers, and left me asking more questions, which didn't get answered to my satisfaction. They told me to call to get my test results, and when I did, the person who finally answered the phone said they weren't authorized to give the results to me, and would have someone call me back. Which they NEVER did. Any communication after that was done through their portal, which is lacking in personal touch, and is hard to have a communication other than short emailed answers. However, maybe a different Dr would have a different communication style. I didn't particularly like having tests done, and then sending me one my way without a personal follow up besides reading the test results through their portal, which I have to say was Chinese to me, since I didn't go to school to figure out how to read medical terminology. I'm hoping I'm ok, and I didn't fall through the cracks. I'm hoping that nothing is life threatening since I didn't get any notification to make a follow up appt, or to have more tests done!

I came here for work so I cant speak to the medical care here…read more The campus was well labeled and I was able to find my meeting place very easily. Parking was easy, no complaints. And surprisingly, the hospital cafeteria was very good. I have quite a bit of trauma over the years eating in hospital cafeterias and this place was a pleasant surprise and my colleague suggested we check it out. I had a tofu bowl and it was delicious! I also had some fresh pineapple and a diet soda. Prices were reasonable and Id definitely return. The place was swarming with hospital staff and was hard to find a place to sit, so snag your seat quickly. The views are so sick of the mountains, Id never get tired of looking at the mountains here in Utah. Id definitely return and normally I avoid hospital cafeterias like the plague.

All understandable. Our experience here was extremely positive. The experience started with the whole network from their Urgent Care, which was wonderful, to the CT scans, to the physician to this hospital. All in the Intermountain system. The doctor was down to earth, explained everything, entertained and answered questions, friendly, assuring, positive. From checking in at the front desk to post-op care, all the staff, the nurses and attendants were very helpful and friendly and supportive. This goes for their urgent care services as well. Gotta put in a plug for their cafeteria, which isn't a cafeteria, it's a food mall! So many choices: pizza, make your own salad, make your own sandwich, soup, grilled items, deserts, coffee/hot chocolate/steamed milk/smoothie station, etc. Tons of grab and go options. Even can get grilled salmon. I had a sandwich toasted and it was great along with a small bowl of vegetable beef soup. Very reasonable prices. If you don't want to eat here, there are enough good options nearby. It is a comfortable hospital, the waiting rooms were spacious with "comfortable" chairs. I put that in quotes because the chairs really gave me a sore bottom. Plenty of electric outlets and free WiFi. 5* = A top favorite. Mind-blowing good. I will definitely return and I will go out of my way to go here. Worth every dime of my money. 4* = Outstanding. Top-tier. Some elements not quite as good as it gets, but it still is worthy of my regular business. 3* = Good experience. I might do repeat business if it is convenient, the only option, the only one in its category, or on a whim, but would not be among the first thing to come to mind. Would definitely recommend you trying it to get your own take on it. 2* = Not so good. Would not recommend at all. Waste of money. 1* = How are they still in business? Stay away at all costs!
