    I really want to give this branch a negative 5 rating after my encounters here!…read more I've visited this branch several times regarding some issues I've had only to have received NO help. I spoke with a teller who wasn't able to help, however he tried getting a representative at the branch help me in which the teller was told to send me to the manager Jevin, who was absolutely no no help at all. This was my second time meeting with Kevin and I had the same out come as the first, being misguided, mislead and given a print out to basically do an investigation myself, oh and he also stated I should call the number on the back of my card as he was unable to help, I've expressed that when I call the back of the card I barely ever get a rep from USA and he said "when it's night here it's daytime in the Philippines. This is why we're transferred over seas, but oh, we are all trained the same. " I found that statement to be not only rude but very unprofessional as I didn't mention any countries for that statement to have been made. Also, I asked Kevin to assist me with changing my card as well as changing my passwords on both visits, which again he did not help with. These visits basically have convinced me to take my banking elsewhere, Chase banking is not what it used to be years ago.

"Stephanie" the Manager tells you up front, even with a visible mask on myself, "you seem sick!" and "you need to stay 6 feet away from her". Tells you she "feels threatened" after she dismisses you, and upon asking her for her name and then full name and/or business card. From the beginning, Stephanie is dismissive, despite several attempts to gain inquiry on various days over the course of a week. She makes herself as well as her accompanying staff, unavailable each time without offering another option, such as a simple appointment for your inquiry. She will ask you to leave your name and phone #, however the follow-up has not and will not occur. I found her behavior uppalling! as she attempted to reverse her aggression and play victim, stating she feels threatened unnecessarily. I find it necessary to share this scenario here in addition to calling customer service to escalate the matter as well. Her behavior as a "Manager" is shameful to the Branch and it's location that serves a majority of underserved residents. Disgusted client!

    I really wish I could rate this place 0 stars, this is THE WORSE bank ever and the worse branch…read moreever. The wait in here is always long, the tellers are always grouped behind the counter talking instead of assisting customers. the ATMs are hardly ever work, it takes 10 days for a claim on your account with ATM issues. I spent my lunch break in here 3 times in one week and none of my issues have been resolved. I've spoke with the branch manager and all, he was supposed to close my account out because I asked for the account to be closed due to the horrible customer service that I have received from both the branch and online banking support. The employees at this location do no do their jobs (& when they do they do not do them correctly). There was supposed to be a claim submitted on my account on behalf of one of the employees, Melody, and it was never submitted; another employee processed my deposit incorrectly (even though she took my ID and asked me a bunch of questions to verify who I was and my identity), which caused a hold to be placed on the funds I deposited into my account; the branch manager, David, was supposed to close out my account and never did. He was supposed to issue me a check for the balance of my account which was incorrectly deposited by one of the tellers, as well as, assist me with my claim Melody never submitted. He didn't do any of the three things he was supposed to help me with; he also instructed me to contact the manager at the TD location where the ATM had taken my money. My responsibility as a customer should not be to do the leg work for the company, I should be able to trust that TD will handle my money appropriately for me. I bank with Bank of America, as well as, Chase and I have never received this extremely poor quality service from them. So much for America's most convenient bank, there's nothing convenient about it or their service. This week I've closed my bank account and my safe deposit bank, I'm taking my business else where and will be contacting corporate to place my complaint, as well.

    Near Chase bank near my home. It is the only reason I am go here however service is very slow and I…read moream not able to find reasonable parking in the area. Come here with time a good parking spot because you will have to wait for awhile to be seen. Unless you're only using the ATM.

    Wow...oh how I am disappointed with myself for not reading these reviews prior to stepping foot…read moreinto this financial institution. I came to this location in August 2019 because it is the nearest location to my job and the dealership where I purchased my vehicle at the time. The staff had no idea how to help me out with my deposit request - how does this happen, I wish I could even understand it myself. All I wanted to do was to cash a check so I may purchase my new vehicle. Mind you, I've had an account with Chase since 2010 and I was completely disregarded at this branch location by the staff including the ignorant management. I guess this specific branch makes and abides to its own operating hours when it comes to customers and providing acceptable service per the company's standards. Apparently on the clip board the location leaves a note to incoming customers that any sort of new account opening(s) at a specific time will not be taken care of - I guess due to the staff wanting and needing to leave on time or exactly when the branch closes. I never knew that this was the way in which Chase chooses to service its customer's. I have never in my years of banking ever ever saw a note like such be posted for customers. All that the staff do to help assist my deposit is mentioning that opening a checking account to join with my savings is the only way they could cash my check and directed me to the sitting area to wait for a banker to further assist. Knowingly that they would never help me open the account nor cash the check because they stop this specific service at a certain time - I sat and waited just to be left ignored like I was a meaningless customer because the note at the sign in clipboard was the governing customer service law in that location for the staff. And I literally loveeee Chase because of the service and connivence. Makes me question who in the world is the district and regional sales manager assigned to this location - am I the only customer who has been treated like such and how frequently does this occurrence happen on a daily basis? Makes me question the integrity of the CEO or VP...as a business professional in the tristate area this was by far the worst impression from a major publicly trading financial institution. All thanks to this specific staff at this location. I could never rely nor trust these folks with my banking needs.
