Near Chase bank near my home. It is the only reason I am go here however service is very slow and I am not able to find reasonable parking in the area. Come here with time a good parking spot because you will have to wait for awhile to be seen. Unless you're only using the ATM. read more

Wow...oh how I am disappointed with myself for not reading these reviews prior to stepping foot into this financial institution. I came to this location in August 2019 because it is the nearest location to my job and the dealership where I purchased my vehicle at the time. The staff had no idea how to help me out with my deposit request - how does this happen, I wish I could even understand it myself. All I wanted to do was to cash a check so I may purchase my new vehicle. Mind you, I've had an account with Chase since 2010 and I was completely disregarded at this branch location by the staff including the ignorant management. I guess this specific branch makes and abides to its own operating hours when it comes to customers and providing acceptable service per the company's standards. Apparently on the clip board the location leaves a note to incoming customers that any sort of new account opening(s) at a specific time will not be taken care of - I guess due to the staff wanting and needing to leave on time or exactly when the branch closes. I never knew that this was the way in which Chase chooses to service its customer's. I have never in my years of banking ever ever saw a note like such be posted for customers. All that the staff do to help assist my deposit is mentioning that opening a checking account to join with my savings is the only way they could cash my check and directed me to the sitting area to wait for a banker to further assist. Knowingly that they would never help me open the account nor cash the check because they stop this specific service at a certain time - I sat and waited just to be left ignored like I was a meaningless customer because the note at the sign in clipboard was the governing customer service law in that location for the staff. And I literally loveeee Chase because of the service and connivence. Makes me question who in the world is the district and regional sales manager assigned to this location - am I the only customer who has been treated like such and how frequently does this occurrence happen on a daily basis? Makes me question the integrity of the CEO or VP...as a business professional in the tristate area this was by far the worst impression from a major publicly trading financial institution. The worst experience ever. This is why I stick to my credit union in California. No service skills what so ever. I tried to make a simple deposit into a family members account and not only did she tell me the account number was wrong but chase only accepts personal checks or money orders for deposits!!! What type of BS is that. I dislike banks! Hard to find a good bank now days. read more

Change all of the employees. No point in having this bank open since nobody could provide any kind of service. The "Branch Manager" could barely deal with 3 people waiting for service, unfortunately I was one of them. 30 mins pass just for him to tell me I need to wait for the banker because they didn't have any other bankers there. never again. they dont pick up the phone. i get the virus situation, but i was looking right at him, and he didnt answer. had one question that would be answered in 2 minutes. capital one answers. chaning banks today!!! the branch in parsippany is better. the staff here is horrible while talking so nice and sweet. just lost a 15 year customer. save yourself the time and go to capital one!!!!!!!! read more

It feels so good to walk in to this branch and feel good. The service is excellent they greet you as you come in that for me is great. Personal bankers are very knowledgeable on every area of your baking needs. Really happy with Chase. Looking forward to opening an account for my daughter which will be attending high school soon. I been with chase bank for almost a year now and this is the first time experiencing fraudulent with my account!! I appreciate that chase had notice a fraudulent wire transaction onto my account but what I do not appreciate is chase approving the transfer before contacting me to verify the transaction!!! Last week Friday I received a call from chase bank saying that I have to verify a wire transaction that was made that day on Friday of 1500$. I was amused and shocked because I did not even open my bank account app that day! even though it was payday, I was very busy that day with school and work I didn't get a chance to check how much I even got paid that day!!! I immediately refuse that I did not make that transaction. I was advice to open a new account and transfer all my money into that new account and block that old account!! I went into all the formality on getting a new account and how to active back my online banking. Once I had access to my online banking, I was able to see my history transaction. I didn't not see the 1500$ that the banker spoke about but I saw 200$ wire transaction that was made plus the transaction fee!! I called the bank and explain to them. NOW, I was confused! how Chase authorized that transaction without contacting me, and only contacted me after the transaction was made!!! and said it was 1500$. I had to file a claim to get my 200$ refunded! Yesterday I received a call from the claimed department, I must tell u that lady was rude !! She called saying that the other bank refuse to refund my money because the transaction was made already!! how is this my problem!!!! this is chase fault!! I did not authorized that transaction and want my money refunded back!! if chase could have spot that the transaction has a possible fraud why would they approve the transaction. now I cannot get my refund!!! The lady was like, I should get the police involved and that the only why I could get the other bank to send my refund!!! and the lady on the phone did not even wait for me to speak she HANG THE PHONE IN MY FACE WHILE I WAS STILL TALKING, because this was the very first time experiencing this so I had lots of questions and needed guidance to follow!!! I am defiantly filing a police report!! and I am going to start shopping for a new bank that will protect their clients from all the fraudulent that is happening!! and on top of everything today will make it one week that I had opened that new account and I have not yet received my bank card!! chase has just made this few weeks a living hell for me coz I havent paid any of my bills because I had to block my account!!!!
