The teachers and staff were always caring, kind, and genuinely excited to see the kids. They also did such a great job making things fun. My girls still remember the foam parties, bounce houses, Trunk or Treat, Santa visits, and all the different taste-testing activities. There was always something special going on, and they made so many happy memories there. We always felt like our kids were safe, cared for, learning, and having fun. They entered kindergarten a step ahead and had an easy transition into elementary school. We are so thankful for our time at Coronado Prep and would definitely recommend it to other families.

I wish I could give this place a million stars…read more My daughter has been coming here since she was just 3 months old, and in three short weeks she'll have her last day with her school family before starting kindergarten. It's such a bittersweet milestone because this place has been such an important part of her life and ours. I actually worked for Miss Jenn when I was in high school over 20 years ago. I knew firsthand that she runs a tight ship and truly cares about providing the best environment for the children in her care. So when I found out I was pregnant, there was never a question about where my baby would go. Over the years, the staff has become so much more than teachers, they've become family. They've celebrated milestones with us, comforted us through tough days, and loved my daughter as if she were one of their own. Knowing she was safe, happy, and genuinely cared for every single day gave me incredible peace of mind. One of the things I love most is how they encourage each child's unique interests. My daughter discovered her love of arts and crafts here( she's currently the captain for the arts and crafts center), and they have always embraced her creativity, giving her opportunities to learn, create, and express herself. Watching her confidence grow has been such a joy. The special events they put together have also created some of our favorite family memories. From the annual Trunk or Treat to the beautiful graduation ceremony, every event is planned with so much care and love. Those are moments I'll cherish forever. As we have to say goodbye, our hearts are full of gratitude. Thank you to Miss Jenn and the entire staff for the love, patience, guidance, and memories you've given my daughter. She is heading into kindergarten confident, kind, creative, and ready for this next chapter because of the incredible foundation you helped build. We will always be grateful for everything you've done for our family.

If I were to give stars based on my personal experience I would give one star. My intention is to…read morenot harm their business, but to raise awareness of the situation and reputation of this school. I have waited two years after withdrawing my toddler to make this review. I am a hairstylist in the area and I have spoken to a lot of other Mom's who have had similar experiences as I did. I won't go into the details but the owner of this place is an extremely unprofessional and an unpleasant person. Three of my clients and my coworker have had negative experiences here. Some ending in withdrawing also. The owner is disrespectful and aggressive with the parents. She has lots of personal issues that she involves her employees in. The girls that worked there were very nice, but I could see there was tension and strict inconsistent verbal abuse from the owner. If she is the owner, then her actions and attitude are a representation of the integrity of her establishment. I withdrew my child properly and waited the two weeks. But I would not go back. Although, my toddler loved her teachers there. They do not provide lunch for the kids and charge more than most daycares around. We have been at a daycare close to this one for two years now and we are so very happy. They are like family.

I'm a teacher and was planning on teaching summer school this year and therefore needed a daycare…read morefor my two year old. I called in the middle of April to see if there were openings so I could let the principal know whether or not I was available to work. They told me there were several openings however I was required to tour the facility no more than thirty days prior to her attending. Ok, even thirty days before was annoying bc my work needed an answer but whatever. So I showed up May 3, (a little less than thirty days) for my tour. The lady at the front said she tried to call me to let me know the owner decided she would no longer hold spots for people regardless of paying registration fee. Ummm what?! How is anyone supposed to start a job if they don't have daycare lined up??? The front desk lady said I can call a day or two before I have to start working to see if there's a spot or not. That is absolutely horrible to put a working parent in that kind of position. But the front desk lady let me know the owner didn't want to save my spot for thirty days because she didn't want to loose out on money if another child wanted to attend this month while she saved my spot. Ok whatever since money is so important and not customer service I'll look elsewhere. I've never heard of a daycare not holding ur spot with a paid registration fee. Even when I was pregnant we put the registration fee down at a different daycare facility months before even having the baby so she was guaranteed a spot so I could work. Response to owner: 1. I know you're very concerned about the daycare my child was in so just to inform you, they were full in July but did pre-register her for August (that means they're holding her spot from May-August)! 2. I wasn't told I could call weeks before to see if there were spots, the lady said a few days before. Besides, with your horrible policy who cares if I called "weeks" before clearly you wouldn't reserve a spot and all spots could've been gone the next day regardless according to you. 3. Shouldn't have wasted my time to even look at your school if it was already full-- hence me calling prior to tour. Maybe you will have less "teachers kids" in the summer due to summer break and you could've made a profit off of my child attending. Oh well overall it's best my child doesn't go there, it's clearly just a business.

Jenny M. babysat our 7 year old daughter in our hotel room at the Aria from 5pm to midnight one night. She was friendly, responsive, on-time, and communicative. I did a quick call with Jenny before she babysat for us and I appreciated that she asked about our screen time policy and our daughter's interests. Jenny then brought relevant activities with her - for example, my daughter loved creating sticker art with Jenny. Working with Nanny's and Granny's was easy and simple. Their prices are a bit steep at $55/hour, but I valued the peace of mind that using a babysitter that had been vetted by a reputable agency brought. (Our hotel concierge recommended Nanny's and Granny's to us.) I would recommend this agency without reservation and would use them again. I definitely recommend Jenny M.!

We liked the security protocols and the communication to both parents was excellent. My daughter received wonderful care, as an only child, she didn't have many opportunities to socialize and this school made all the difference in the world. Her teachers were always patient with her and encouraging. She made great friends and incredible progress while she was there. The curriculum is solid, and I can say that confidently as a former CCSD teacher. They do fundraisers that give back to the community and other events like trunk or treat, there was no lack of engagement for us parents, always opportunities to get involved. I would choose them again and again.

She continues to be a great communicator and we love working with her. It was a bit rough at first, as this was a brand new thing to him, but it's been about 7 weeks now and everyday goes very well. Hands down, we can't thank Ms. Roshni enough for making this transition possible. She has put our minds at ease and I can see that the way she cares for our baby is something special. She is just amazing at her job and it's very obvious she really cares for these kids. Sooner than I thought, the drop offs got easier and he got more comfortable. Our son really likes her as well as the other teachers. She is the reason I can go to work each morning and not worry about my son. One of the teachers does come across as a bit firm in her approach, but my son seems to respond well to her and seems to like her. You can check in on 2 cameras; 10 minute sessions, 10 times per day, per user. The cameras are not great, 1 is terrible, but it does put your mind at ease to have that capability, and eventually, you stop checking in so much. I'm not too crazy about the food provided, but it is all included in the price which makes things very convenient, and you can bring in your own food if you want to. Communication is great, prices are fair, staff and teachers are friendly, all in all, we would recommend this location and plan on having our son attend for the long haul. Thank you for taking such great care of our baby!
