I have been working with Rhonda Murphy for a few years now. I have RA and it hasn't been an easy…read moreroad. I can say so many good things about Rhonda. She will try her best to get you in that same day, explain what is going on, take blood work to check my levels and much much more! Although eventually I might need a left knee replacement and not looking forward to that, I will always praise her for her kindness and understanding every time I go in to get my Remicaid treatments, knees drained or whatever I am in there for. There have been times when I just can't take one more knee drained, medication or Remicaid infusion and I am mentally and physically exhausted over these symptoms but she is always there to give me hope and I know it could be worse if she wasn't treating me. Things have gotten better its just my 1 left knee now that keeps filling up with fluid. All of my joints are better. I will see an ortho to deal with that and hopefully just get it cleaned up by a quick procedure. Christine Rotterdam, NY

I was told that they receive hundreds of referrals a day and it would take at least two weeks to…read moreprocess my referral. Then ultimately the appointment might be in about 4 months. So if you did actually have lupus or something that causes damage, the damage would be done by the time you got an appointment. They need to manage this better so that new patients can be seen within a couple of weeks.

If they had an option for negative stars for this place,i would've done it.I have been waiting…read moreeight months for this appointment. They have rescheduled me now three times. This place is a complete and utter joke! Please for the love of God.... if you're suffering from any autoimmune disease, and you actually care about yourself, unlike th or you're just simply going here because you have a hangnail to see these people make sure that you find a different provider. If their first impression is anything about the care that they will provide for you, this is absolutely not the place you want to go. Disgusting!!!

i met with Dr. Cossgrove in her Saratoga office and I did like her but the office staff was…read moreextremely disorganized. As I waited over 45 minutes for my appt, two patients were turned away with the office staff saying they had the wrong appt, even when patients showed their appt card. This happened to me on my follow up appt and I was turned away, but not before the office staff were very rude to me. One took out a binder and showed where it was documented that I relieved a call for my appt and the information was left on an answering machine. I told her I don't have an answering machine, or even voice mail for that matter. I showed her my appt card and my cell phone to verify I had received my call on a different time and date than she had logged. None of that mattered and she told me I could not get any info regarding my test results. I called my PCP who gave me my results and told me I should schedule a new follow up appt. When I did call, I was told I could not be seen until I paid a $50.00 "no show" fee. Even if I could produce my appt card with the incorrect information on it, they told me I would still have to pay this fee. I think this is rediculous and I'd be afraid to go back for the next appt only to be told sorry....... This office needs to get it together.

I received same day treatment for my pain and had an easier time recovering. In all my experiences with providers here. Each one has shaken my hand when we meet the first time. They have shown me my scans and walked me through any issues they saw. They have even gone so far as to go over the medical notes with me to confirm all details before entering so the are no surprises afterwards. I wish more providers took this level of care and responsive approach to their patients.
