Although eventually I might need a left knee replacement and not looking forward to that, I will always praise her for her kindness and understanding every time I go in to get my Remicaid treatments, knees drained or whatever I am in there for. There have been times when I just can't take one more knee drained, medication or Remicaid infusion and I am mentally and physically exhausted over these symptoms but she is always there to give me hope and I know it could be worse if she wasn't treating me. Things have gotten better its just my 1 left knee now that keeps filling up with fluid. All of my joints are better. Please explain why you stated that to me? I didn't say anything because I was in shock that you asked me such a question. A red flag went up in my brain telling me never to see you again if this is your very unprofessional attitude. You usually order more than one tube of blood for lab work. But you only ordered one, not the usually 5 or 6 tubes. And that one tube of blood stated more blood test are required. Yet, you're asking me why I'm coming to see you! If I do not use fluoride toothpaste, I have many cavities, tooth woes. I have terrible dry mouth and eyes. I get terrible cold sores in and outside my mouth. I am fatigue and my joints ache. No, I do not have rheumatory arthritis but all my joints hurt. Apparently rheumatory is your big money maker, get those expensive infusion. Well, what about my pain ?

I had a Tele-medical visit back in December and gave my credit card information and then I got…read morebilled. When I tried to work it out, the doctor asked me to swing by and bring my invoice. The business was supposed to be open until 5. At 3:50 they were closed. When I called to ask what was going on he was very rude. Needless to say, I will never go back there. I guess I'm just gonna pay the bill again, but I'm definitely certifying it and getting a return receipt of its delivery.

As I waited over 45 minutes for my appt, two patients were turned away with the office staff saying they had the wrong appt, even when patients showed their appt card. This happened to me on my follow up appt and I was turned away, but not before the office staff were very rude to me. One took out a binder and showed where it was documented that I relieved a call for my appt and the information was left on an answering machine. I told her I don't have an answering machine, or even voice mail for that matter. I showed her my appt card and my cell phone to verify I had received my call on a different time and date than she had logged. None of that mattered and she told me I could not get any info regarding my test results. I called my PCP who gave me my results and told me I should schedule a new follow up appt. When I did call, I was told I could not be seen until I paid a $50.00 "no show" fee. Even if I could produce my appt card with the incorrect information on it, they told me I would still have to pay this fee. I think this is rediculous and I'd be afraid to go back for the next appt only to be told sorry....... This office needs to get it together.

I'm not a doctors type of person. I've had the same primary care for 7 years, although I wasn't thrilled with him, I had no reason to change because I wasn't there enough to care. The thought of changing was not thrilling to me. I saw Nurse Practitioner Ericka Matzen at this practice and she was LOVELY! So were the staff! She was fairly new to the practice, but she made me more comfortable in one visit then my previous doctor had in 7 years. I lost my father last Christmas. It's sometimes very hard to talk about along with my mental health and the staff and Ericka made me feel very relaxed. Had no issues whatsoever with medication reordering, and also had my physical done. Was very thorough with her questions and physical. It wasn't just a look at your ears check lungs and heart and that's it, which is awesome. Overall very lovely and sweet staff, great friendly atmosphere. In my personal and professional opinion do not knock a NP, ever! I know people want to see the "actual doctor" a lot. But NP's are more use to the hands on bedside care that doctors may not focus on so much. After all they were once nurses!!!! I 100% recommend Ericka!
