I spotted this beautiful blue library box as I was driving through Madison and had to stop. As far as I can tell, it is not a part of the Little Free Library system as it is not on their database/map and did not have a charter number posted. The box is pained sky blue with trees painted on the sides. There is a single door with a handle. Inside, quite full with a variety of books including fiction, non-fiction, self-help and graphic novel. A good collection.
