Only use this cleaners if you have no other option. On second thought, do not use them…read more I brought in a light blue blazer that has been cleaned before. No issues whatsoever at other cleaning services. Here? When I got the jacket back, it had this grey-ish color all over it as if it was pressed with dirty cleaning agents or something. SRSLY. The jacket now looks like it's been sitting in some attic for years. Nice. AVOID like the plague.

Unless you like to be insulted and enjoy terrible customer service, don't bother going here. I…read morebrought in a white blouse and beige pants that had minor food stains I wasn't able to remove. The woman at the desk call me a slob. In all reality I should have walked out then because it only went downhill from there. She was incapable of using the computer. I told her my name and address three times and she still messed it up and wouldn't correct the information on the printed tag. And if you don't have a 207 area code, she won't put the right phone number in either, but you will get a sarcastic tone of how dare you live in Maine and not have a 207 area code. Then I asked her about the next day service advertised on their website. I was thoroughly chided for even thinking that was an option. Prices here are also very poor. $18 to clean the aforementioned items and $1.75 per pound for wash and fold. Maybe if you as taking advantage of the delivery and pick up service, it is worth it, but for those who can't (like me), it's a rip off. The stains were removed from the clothes, but the pants weren't properly pressed and they managed to make a Y shaped crease on the thigh of each pant leg. If their service was half as nice as their website claims to be, they would have gotten a returning customer. Don't let the website fool you into thinking they have a great service and friendly staff.

I am travelling light and didnt have a lot of cooking gear with me. I like to frequent thrift…read moresttores as one person's trash is another person's treasure, right? Kindest form or recycling, imho. I found the entire business well stocked with full, organized racks of clothing, games, kitchen wares and anything you'd find at a department store. Well organized and plenty of selection. I spoke with several staff - they were extremely helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. 10/10 stars strictly for the staff. 10/10 for selection and organization. Overall, 11/10. Fantastic store - I walked out with an electric frying pan/griddle, a combo coffee maker & grinder (+$180 new), and an Instant Pot, all 3 utensils in very good working order " $14.99. Haha, I rolled out of there with the biggest smile on my face, money in my market and immediately put all 3 items to work for dinner that night!! Whoop, whoop. Great Place amd highly recommended. Smelled great in there, as a counter to one of the previous critics of this operation - its obvious that bougie ding dong shops Saks 5th Ave and not used to roughing it amongst those of us that appreciate thrifting or forced economically to clother our families.

I've been thrifting in this store for a while now and consistently I've been receiving a bad…read moretreatment from particular staffs e.g Robert. He would treat me like I'm either shoplifting or talk trash about me having no money and so much more. I feel discriminated..I'm not sure if they treat all Asian customers like this. But it's unfortunate that a customer who regularly thrifts here be treated this bad consistently. He even told me not to come back, but I will, who is this crew telling me not to come back? It's not like he is the owner. Treat your customers right-customer service is part of your job and a big no for racial discrimination!!! Good thing there are other staffs who are professional enough and know that I am a customer and treated me as one. If you don't like your customer be professional enough and refrain from trash talking them-we can hear you! Instead of me feeling happy thrifting after a week of working, this has now become like a high school drama. Remember the customer service etiquette because that's your job, if you can't do that then don't work in a job where customer service is needed! Know what you're supposed to be and supposed to do-your job description! What's your purpose why you are there and the reason you are receiving your pay!!
