The day she was supposed to finally start, she didn't come as she had committed too, only her other employee who was 1 hour late and left half way due to a personal emergency. We were expecting an apology and being communicated when the work would be resumed and finished, but we instead received an invoice. I finally learnt she had more health issues after ME contacting HER via text. I just wish she would have been more communicative upfront so we could plan around. She finally canceled the invoice.

I realize that going to a fire is far more exciting than meeting with a prospective client. It must be clearly understood by the managers of these companies that people often times have to take time off from work and deal with other inconveniences to meet with workmen and last minute cancellations are unacceptable.
