Common Sense Kleaning has proudly served Northern Colorado since 1998. Originally founded by Patty Vergara, the company earned a strong reputation for dependable service and exceptional cleaning. In 2023, the business was purchased by me — a local professional with a background in business operations and a passion for customer service.
Since taking over, I’ve expanded and modernized the business while keeping the same high standards that built its legacy. From recurring residential cleanings to post-construction and short-term rental services, my team is trained to deliver consistent, detailed results every time. We’re proud to continue serving our community with honesty, reliability, and a personal touch.

I purchased Common Sense Kleaning in 2023 after years of dreaming about owning a business of my own. I didn’t just want to run a company—I wanted to create a workplace where people are treated with the same respect, support, and appreciation that I would want for myself.
I live in Johnstown with my husband and our four kids, who are truly my whole world. Owning this business allows me the flexibility to be present and involved in their lives, whether it’s cheering them on at school events or simply being there when they need me.
I also love the relationships we’ve built with our customers and business partners. There’s nothing more satisfying than being able to help someone—whether it’s taking stress off a homeowner or supporting another business owner through a clean, professional space.
