Do not know of a better put Patisserie coffee shop in Saint Pete.

A great patisserie coffee shop in an outstanding boutique hotel. You could be in France or Italy in a standard three star hotel. Great place.

Coffee is very good. They are open early so that really works for us as we're early risers. Very friendly place and the scones were yummy!!!

Iced mochas are delicious. Barista Dathan did a great job and was very nice to chat with. They serve Kahwa coffee and it's yummy!

I finally got a chance to try the coffee shop located in the lobby of the Hollander Hotel, and I'm glad I did!

Service was great -- friendly, attentive, and happy to help walk us through the offerings. We grabbed our treats, picked up a drink, and sat outside soaking in the gorgeous surroundings. Truly one of those simple, perfect moments kind of days. If you're looking for a cute spot to enjoy something sweet with a lovely atmosphere, Lotti is a must. You can also sit outside on the Veranda or in their gourgous tea garden. Moi fave OuiOui. One of the things I love they make is a fabulous lightly sweet Pear and Black Current Petit Gateaux. It's very pretty in Pear green, shaped like a pear & has a lovely blackberry jam center topped with a white chocolate leaf. Superb :)... The atmosphere is warm and artsy with thoughtful details everywhere, which makes it feel both inspiring and welcoming. Hands down, this is the best vegan banana bread, especially warmed up. Absolutely delicious. I also tried a vanilla latte and a fresh brewed black coffee, and both were excellent. You can really taste the quality and freshness of their house roasted beans. Their vegan options are fantastic and clearly intentional, not an afterthought. Whether you are looking for a quiet spot to unwind, get some work done, or simply enjoy incredible coffee in a laid back setting, this place checks all the boxes. Amazing vibes, outstanding coffee, and delicious vegan treats. I will definitely be back.

The Wooden Rooster: Where My Morning Got Its Life Together Before I Did…read more Listen... I came here expecting "just a crepe." What I got was a full-on personality upgrade. First off--the vibe. Somehow it's better than Kraft (yeah I said it), but like... calmer, cooler, and not screaming at you before coffee. It's peaceful, shady, low-noise... the kind of place where you feel like you should start journaling or making better life decisions. Now let's talk food. I ordered The B.E.A.S.T. and I'm not exaggerating when I say this thing deserves its own documentary. Bacon. Pesto. Sun-dried tomatoes. Eggs. It was like every breakfast all-star showed up and said, "Let's absolutely dominate this guy's morning." Perfect balance. Crispy, creamy, savory... I took one bite and immediately forgave myself for everything I've ever done wrong. And honestly? This is a WAY better place to start your morning than the bagel place down the street. You know the one. We've all settled for it. We don't have to live like that anymore. Also--huge shoutout to the service. These people were so nice I almost asked if they wanted to come manage my personal life too. Fast, friendly, and somehow still chill. Bonus points for the menu because where else can you go from a Nutty Joe dessert crepe to a Cubano crepe to a PB&J throwback without anyone questioning your life choices? Final verdict: If you're in downtown St. Pete and not coming here, you're making your mornings unnecessarily harder than they need to be. Wooden Rooster didn't just feed me-- it emotionally supported me.
