Just call and make an appointment. Pick a day to drop off your car (you can wait, but most of their services are multiple hours) and it's all done. One of the tinters helped me pick up out the perfect tint, and even offered to show off some of the cars of his coworkers to help me make a decision. Picking my car up... The Civic looks fantastic with the tint and paint protection (TST 5000). Dino explained everything very well and provided a starter kit for maintaining the paint/fabric protection. Overall, I would recommend TST to anyone looking for window tinting, car detailing, or aftermarket paint/fabric protection. I actually learned that they contract with many of the dealers on the Central Ave strip... It's good enough for a car dealership, it's good enough for me!

They suggested that spark plugs may be a bit old and should be replaced. Sure. Spark plugs are @ $5 each and quick installation. Why not... Go ahead. NEVER ASSUME you will be treated fairly -- our costly mistake. --- Schaad's charged $23.71 for each of the FOUR spark plugs that could be baught at auto store for less than $10. Total for four = $94.84 Then they charged $125.00 to put the four spark plugs in. ----- Cost of the Tow was $65 ----- They broke the gas latch in the process of all of this. They ordered the part, we brought the car back and they fix it for free. They were very friendly and I was hoping to use them in the future for other vehicles. Instead, I've told my six sisters, their husbands and my two brothers about the $23.71 spark plugs. There are 18 nephew and nieces + spouses over the age of 25 that live in the area also. That is just my side of the family. We make it a point to share our experiences good or bad. Places to go to and use and those places to avoid and tell others to avoid. I don't mind anyone making money/a living. I even pay a bit extra for family owned and local businesses. But I will warn anyone and everyone to avoid those who take advantage (i.e., $23.71 for a single spark plug to go on an old, cheap car). My brakes pads were worn. I was having vibration and squealing. I stopped by this morning, they were full. The gentleman was honest and said they didnt know if they would get to me today. I took my chances, and left my van. Just a few hours later, I received a call that my van was ready. I came to pick it up, asked how much it would be(with check book in hand) only to be told that there was no charge, and my brakes were still under warranty! No labor charge, no anything... it was 100% taken care of! WHAT??? I was blown away! You just dont get customer service, honesty and integrity like this anymore! It was easy to schedule an appointment and the time frame between my inquiry and the interior detail appointment was quick! I found them to be prompt and easy to work with. On the day of service, they showed up at the scheduled time, worked diligently for several hours and my car, which had only received quick clean outs in the last 6 years, looked immaculate! I have three kids and a small dog and they were able to clean out candy, French fries, dog hair, and fruit snacks! The only thing I had to provide was an electrical outlet. The men worked quietly and throughly and had me review their work and I was very pleased. For less than $200, it was well worth it! BONUS - they came to my house!! It was convenient to be at home and be able to get things done while someone took care of my car. It was convenient to be able to see the progress and not wonder when they would be done or figure out a ride to drop off/pick up my car. A few things to know - have an electrical outlet for outside access, remove all personal items, and don't plan to go anywhere for 2-3 hours after they are done as cloth seats and carpet will need to dry.
