They then told me they did not have anything or anything like it. I would never return. Who tells someone to go to a craft store for ball bearings? The prices aren't bad, but they aren't anything to write home about. My biggest reason for going here was because they carry a specific type of motor oil (Mobil 1 Racing4T) that most other stores don't carry. The other main place to purchase it is at a dealership, which typically costs more. Overall, decent selection of products and average prices so you usually don't have to shop around.

I had Aaron put racing brake fluid and oil, but forgot to put the cap back on the brake fluid! The only reason this wasn't total disaster is because I take my car to the track on a trailer. Tech inspectors at the race track caught it and we all had a good laugh at my mechanic's expense!! That would have been an excusable mistake but now I found out he over-torqued my oil pan bolt and stripped the threads. Now I have to spend almost 3k to get it replaced and I've had to cancel my next track event while I wait on the back ordered part. I left him a message with an opportunity to make this right and have not gotten any response. Don't let this hack touch your car.

I had already spent what little extra money I had preparing for nursing school expenses that went beyond tuition, so replacing a battery felt overwhelming. I tried everything I could to recharge it, but nothing worked. A kind soul suggested I stop by Advance Auto to have a diagnostic test run--and I'm so glad I did. The representative who helped me not only ran the test, but took the time to explain the issue and helped me find the least expensive option that was still reliable and got me back on the road. He then installed the battery for me at no extra cost. I wish I could remember his name. Despite the store being short-staffed and dealing with impatient customers, he showed exceptional customer service--calm, patient, and genuinely caring, almost grandfatherly in nature. For an auto parts store, the location was also well kept and organized. This experience truly made a stressful situation manageable, and I'm very grateful.
