We had quite a few heavy items along with some fencing, wire, and other stuff. The first two employees we encountered were at the metal object drop off area and they were both very helpful as we had not been there before. They directed us where we needed to drop off our other items and helped us unload a few of the heavier items. Then when I needed to back our trailer into the other drop off area I was having trouble getting it backed up due to the oversized tires my husband had put on our truck, which limited even more the already limited turning radius our F-250 has. I'm sure it was obvious I needed help and a different employee came to the driver's window and I asked if he would be willing to back my truck & trailer up for me. He said, "Sure, no problem." He had to back up about 30 feet turn the whole thing around and back all the way back to the shed and through the doorway! In our time at the landfill we dealt with five different employees, including the very nice gal at the weight window, and each one was very kind, helpful, and had positive attitudes!! It was even a hot day and filled with wasps! Thank you to all employees who helped us!! We were definately in need of some help! THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH!

Employee was super nice, explained to me it was cheaper to pay inside than at the pump and that there was a bucket with a brush that would help with mud. My car wasn't quite that dirty but nice to know! Wash was OK. No-touch kind. I guess I needed to use the brush but it got a few layers of dirt off so good enough.

I love their selection of drinks and snacks here. They really know how to match up with Emmett at this store. Jerky everywhere and donuts and coffee. The staff are really helpful and knowledgeable and they really listen to you when you ask them questions. I like that! The gas prices are usually on par for the whole city but they are the first gas station you will see before getting into Emmett. Come check them out!

Hole in the oil pan. My wife called around to get a tow off the mountain. Jason accepted the challenge (no one else would attempt going up there!) Jason took his son, along with his Jeep and they towed the car to a suitable location to attach her car to the truck. This all happened on a SUNDAY!!! I was traveling through Mountain Home area from Louisiana when a fuel line started leaking on my…read more2012 F250 diesel a little before 8 am. I was able to drive it to this shop. A mechanic on duty informed me that he had a used line on on an old motor. He pulled the line off of the old motor but said his boss wouldn't let him work on my truck until he finished a "locals" truck and then that would be a maybe so. I asked if I could buy the line and change it myself. The owner then stated that he wasn't sure he wanted to sell the line. I called the FORD dealership and they got me one out of Boise by 2:30 in the afternoon. I ended up changing it myself in a parking lot but the owner could have saved me a lot of time and could have replaced the line with a new one the next day knowing he wouldn't need that line. If FORD hadn't had the means to get me a line in 6 1/2 hours, this man would have had me sit for an extra day because he didn't want to sell someone 1,800 miles from home a used fuel line. The mechanic and receptionist are great and really tried to help.
