The only thing I would change is the app. They should have touch to pay on their debit cards. As for the help, service, and respect that beats any other bank I have ever dealt with. My funds are secure. I feel respected by all employees and staff. Chris is such a wonderful person. She has gone over and beyond for us. Even at a different location but willing to help. Every time I go in Hastings all of the staff have been helpful. I would recommend a local credit union over any high corporate bank any day.

I bought this shampoo using my bank card and the website keeps charging me…read morea subscription, I've tried calling them, emailing them, going on their website, anything to cancel this subscription and they keep taking $41 every two months and I'm over it so I tried to cancel my card so they can't the money anymore and the bank teller I spoke with on the phone was really rude and acted like I was doing something shady or wrong because I'm tired of them taking money for something I don't use and it won't let me cancel it. My balance isn't enough right now to pay the $41 so it declined the transaction before I called them to ask to cancel the card and they acted like I was doing something wrong and I told them I don't appreciate being talked to like that and told them I would be taking my business to another bank because they're rude and they went ahead and accepted the transaction and overdrafted my account into the negative to pay a subscription I've been trying to cancel for months. This bank is not friendly or about helping its members it's all about money. Very unimpressed with this bank and all of the staff I've encountered.

The location is very nice and clean, it is a bit small than the other locations but that does not take away from the banking experience. Staff is very friendly and knowledgable, I have never had an issue working with them. Some of the worst customer service around here. The ONLY thing I can promise is they care more about pronouns than their customers.
