It took me awhile to get used to the system but I finally did. Meanwhile I was calling customer service/phone tellers for assistance and they got upset with me and wouldn't help me. I was told to check with my cell phone provider which I did. I also checked with Apple who said the problem was with the credit union.
So since I didn't have access to my account I became over drawn and have been stressed out since November 24th/17 days...or 3 weeks. I am now afraid of being bullied again by Advia but all this is not right. I have been a member for 47 years. read more
