Website is a disaster of dysfunctional menus, pop up fields, error messages and a chat bot that declares itself 'unavailable' after 5-10 minutes of attempting to link when summoned. Instead, any questions or security holds (that are frequent) must be resolved by calling a help line. After several calls with no progress, one staff suggested I would need to submit a hand written letter to close my account. They also offered to resolve my request for an electronic transaction by having checks printed, mailed, and then used for mobile deposit, overlooking the backend mechanics of the already available routing and account numbers. This may be an adequate bank for dealing locally in cash and paper checks; however, it is not equipped for 21st century transactions, in particular any form of remote banking.

The personnel at the Caledonia branch have always been pleasant. The problem is the corporate people you have to talk to you when you have a problem with United Bank. We get locked out of her online banking quite often. There is a problem with that system. Anytime you have to call to either have your account unlocked or password changed you have to deal with your corporate support. Their corporate support is downright nasty and very unhelpful. after this most recent experience, I would not recommend United Bank of Michigan to anyone. They are not the same bank. They were even a couple years ago. I tried to call the owner for help and left him a message, but he decided not even get back with me. We are members of multiple banks, but we've chosen United Bank do their bill pay as of right now this is the only bank that we have physical checks for. We will be transitioning away from United Bank of Michigan and working towards being members and keeping your money where your treated well when you have a problem. I cannot emphasize enough how rotten their support staff is.

Within a couple weeks there was rust and bare metal over the entire truck. It seemed like a cheap cover up was done to temporarily hide all these spots, but was now falling off. I reached out to Comodo, hoping they would help out or know why this was happening but was completely brushed off. Now I have to sell it for a fraction of the price or spend thousands on a new paint job. I thought maybe I was just unlucky but after asking around I found multiple others who had similar experiences. Their cars seemed perfect, but within 3 months major issues occurred, costing thousands of dollars. Seems like Comodo is know for fixing them up just good enough to sell and then they completely fall apart. I would recommend shopping elsewhere if you're looking for a reliable vehicle.
